I would like to see Bobrovsky vs. Enroth. That sounds like a good rookie match up to me.

Great GDT by the way.

This should be a good close game. And since it is near the end of preseason we should see the goalie tested more. I'd like to see bob in and stop some quality shots.

Thanks. Enroth went the distance tonight according to the box? So, likely Miller Time? Boucher and Backlund dress and maybe both play for Philly is my guess.

Therien mentioned during the last game that he spoke to Joey Mullen who didn't seem to be very concerned about the numbers.

Hey MSE, I know its a small thing, but Lehtivouri, Marshall, and Wellwood have been assigned to the AHL camp (from PSPhantoms).

I see a Boucher vs Miller with Backlund playing in the 3rd

As always, the GDT excellence we've become accustomed to.

Anyone know about Rivet's injury/how he got it? It sounds painful.

Anyone know about Rivet's injury/how he got it? It sounds painful.
A teammate's shoulder pad made contact during drills but it was not immediately considered a problem.

Wow, that is random. Thanks for the info.

I've always liked Rivet.

man you guys are hardcore, you get the sweet GDT even for a pre-season game. MSG network has been screwing us over for the pre-season, so if any of you guys find a link, feel free to post it on the Sabres board.

He might be a lot better then Carle by the end of the season in terms of value but both Carle and Meszaros won't be as physical as Coburn.

Going down tonight. I'm very happy that the Sabres have slowly become a team I like to cheer against again. I loathe Kaleta. And Gerbe.

Watch Kassian while you're at it - you may put him in the same category as Kaleta, although Kassian will stand up for himself instead of turtle like Kaleta does.

So if I'm correct Testwuide, Homlstrom, Kalinsky, Nodl, Gustafsson and Bourdon are the only non NHL regulars with the team still. And of course the goalies.

I'd really like to see Bob the Builder play against an actual NHL roster to see how he adapts.
