I think he's a Bruins fan (judging from the name).

If you're asking for fantasy reasons, Dubinsky has been moved to the left wing- he'll be our second line LWer. Eric Christensen or (hopefully) Derek Stepan will be the 1st line center.

edit- change that to bruins..always get those two mixed up.

Christ or Stepan.

I still think Christ will be centering the top line to start the season. Stepan may take over at some point during the season though.

Who knows, if things are going bad we could see everyone center the top line at some point.

Dubi is better off on LW. Let's give Step a chance, and with two centers injured, this is the perfect change to give him an opportunity.

What is the exact pronunciation of Stepan?:

Ste--PAN or Step--IN

Thanks, and no offence but thats a pretty brutal way to start the season with those guys as your top 2 centres. And I dont even think Drury is much better!

I just really hope for your sake Gaborik doesnt get injured. Hes way over due!

To answer the other guy, I have no favourite team really (name refers to movie Fight Club). Im a passionate hockey fan, but I dont feel the need to root for any particular team to win. What I ultimately hope for in a given season is an exciting playoffs, and a close and intense SC finals. I love watching prospects develop into stars too, and analyze how it progresses. That said, I live in Montreal, and I do cheer for the Habs to a certain degree in the playoffs to be part of the buzz so to speak.

I just say ste-fahn, I don't care that there's no ph in his name, it's just easier to say.

I still think we could see Prospal up there. We all know how Torts loves to line juggle.

In all likelihood Prospal will be pushed to a wing, since there is a long list of centers who can fill the 2-4th line role.

I hope it is Stepan.

Yeah, but not forever. If neither D-step or Christ play a mind blowing game up there, Prospal will get a shot.

but to answer your question. Stepan. we're all hoping at least. he's the best fit and putting him between Frolov and Gabby will boost his points and confidence.

Thought you were talking about the opening games.

I agree. I think Torts will try him there sooner or later.

So you're going to be disrespectful and purposely say his name completely wrong
