we could say the same thing about Meszaros too right? both guys have been inconsistant as hell early in there careers. Both players are also overpaid.

Of course the thing that does worry me about Coburn is he is going to out and try and "prove" that he is worth that fat contract Holmgren gave him. As Jester pointed out he got into trouble when he got overconfident and cocky. the same could happen if he goes out and tries to do things he is incapable of doing right now.

there is only 1 person who has self admittedly been wrong 1 time. He is a SME, so back off. He knows what he is talking about as it is his job. We watches more games than anyone here, he scouts more players, he has more contacts and gets reports we are nto privy too. Let him do his job please.

(In any case, I'm with Jester on this one. Coburn is very inconsistent; going into any given year you never know what to expect from him. And whenever he is playing one way or the other, you never know when he's going to turn the corner.)
