Pre-season is over and we're bored. If you can think of anything else interesting for us to talk about. Please, feel free to say so.

lol!!!!

Cammy out, Markov out, Hamrlik no training camp and also maybe out... And now maybe Price out...

God forbid Montreal losses 4-3 against Toronto and miss the playoffs by one point..

Luc Gelinas reports White and Maxwell are expected to be sent down today, not that it's a surprise. Was really hoping to see White vs. the Leafs instead of Darche, but oh well.

With Cammy absent, he also has this as the #1 PP unit for tomorrow:
Gionta-Gomez-Plekanec
Subban-Spacek

Interesting. I guess it doesn't hurt to have 2 centers out there. What does that mean for unit 2?

Pouliot/Darche - Eller - Kostitsyn
Picard - Gorges

I guess something like that.

God almighty we all and the media need a life!
Well maybe the sneeze, itchy balls, the tiff & the bad coffee are all because Price didn't listen to his mother when she told him not to scratch himself.

Generally speaking, the difference between a flu and another generic respiratory infection (known as a cold) is not as much in the symptoms, but in the cause. Unless you do a viral culture or some immunologytests you cannot say for sure that it's flu or not. That's why people talk about "flu-like symptoms".

Yes, usually the flu has more severe symptoms then a common cold. It's not always the same though - you can have the flu and not even notice and you could be seriously affected by a common cold.

Anyway - a upper respiratory infection can be more than a sneezy nose. Even without fever or other visible symptoms, it could still mean a sensation of being weak or diminished reflexes. We dont need that, do we ?

Gee, with Markov, Hamrlik, Cammallari, and Price out it looks hopeless against the Leafs. The healthy players are all useless. Maybe the Habs should just mail it in.

Wow i do not know whether to laugh, or actually cry. Your blaming him for having the flu, its not like he purposely got himself the flu.
Have you ever played hockey with the flu before, because I have and its not something you want to be doing.

These are the types of fans that really irritate me, because all they do is come here and bash players, and when the habs win they praise the player the ripped on before.

Auld is capable of winning hockey games, especially against teams like the Leafs. If he weren't he wouldn't have been in the NHL this long. He won't be facing Crosby, Ovechkin, Kovalchuk, or Gaborik (not to mention Semin, Malkin, Stamkos, Staal, or Lecavalier). The Habs got to the third round of the playoffs without Markov. Why the doom and gloom?

It's really frustrating...first game of the season and the Habs are missing key players.
