James Duthie Picks Hawks again

Last year in Preseason Preview Picked Hawks over Flyers

This year said Hawks over Pens

That Whole State will hate us soon enough I guess

Anyway I predeicted the Same pick as Duthie last summer Hawks ove rFlyers and thank God I was right

Anyway, Duthie is testing his luck again with us

Duthie is a good guy. However the Pens won't make it past the second round: again.

I do see the Hawks making the Stanley Cup final once again. Turco's a solid goaltender when he wants to be.

We could also add more talent at the deadline. Right now our team is good but, come playoff time, we could be closer to that scary good point we were at in the playoffs last year.

Insert a Ladd into the Lineup and all of a sudden we look similar to last year (Starting to be a comparable to last year..)

That'd be nice, but it's going to be a long season and one in which the "core" will have to prove their real worth. It's way too early to get cocky!!

Couldn't agree more -- to me so much i going to depend on the health of our core. It is tough to repeat given how long "both" seasons are in the NHL. Plus it is hard not to imagine a re-energized Capitols team coming out of the East and being tough to beat this year.
