I have a single ticket in section 230 (row H) available for just about every home game this season.

PM if interested.

I dunnno. But the CEC booklet that came with the season tickets did note that some events at the CEC could choose to restrict ticket sales to the immediate region (PA, OH, WVA, MD). It might have only been regions of those states, too; I don't remember exactly.

I had a bizarre experience with your public onsale, and I'm just curious if anyone else had this happen.

I wanted to buy tix to the March Devils game and selected "best available" UL seating.

About 4 or 5 times I pulled up seats in the Penguins attack twice end, which made sense, because home attack twice is denoted in ticketing systems as "better" than away attacks twice. Then after about the fifth time pulling Pens attack twice seating? SOLD OUT. (I was waiting for these tickets to all sell so that I could buy in the "worse" end of the arena where the Devils attack twice)

So, I'm guessing either the system for some odd reason listed "away attacks twice" as better seating by mistake, or the Pens are sitting on many tickets in the away zone that arent being made available yet to the general public.

Very few people even would think to sell one seat. My GF sometimes has not been able to make it and I have just given the ticket away on this thread. Honestly I just think that most people would not even try with one ticket as they would think so few would be interested.

I'm selling my pair of lower-bowl tix to the Sept. 28 Blackhawks preseason game at STH cost —*$87 per.

I'm in Section 109, at the end where the Pens shoot twice.

$174 for the pair.

PM me if interested.

Early on some Flyer fan asked how much opening night tickets against the Flyers would go for as he wanted some tickets for him and some friends. I said something like $500 on average maybe. He laughed about it as quoted above. Just sold two tickets, within moments of posting them, hardly the best seats in the house ($87 each STH price) for $400 each through the Pens. Likely could have gotten that $500 each had I posted it given how fast they went. I would have loved to have gone, but for almost $8,000 per year STH price for a pair, again two or three slots down from the best seats in the house at that, defraying that cost a bit by selling a few games is not a bad idea. And still will be going to a ton of games.

Gives some idea what the demand is, especially for that opening night game.

Yeah, I just listed mine tonight for the opener on the Ticket exchange. I saw your tickets given as example of similar tickets sold. (Since I am that same section, about 5 rows in front of you). Hell yeah, if someone is going to give me $800 for them, I am definitely selling. It would be nice to be there, but would take that type of cash over going. As you mentioned, plenty of games to see over the season.

I'm looking for 2 tickets for the Nov 15 game against the Rangers. I couldn't believe when I looked at the schedule my Rangers would be down here on my 21st!

PM me if you want to sell your tickets for the game (it's a Monday night).

Plan for at least $400 a ticket for the nosebleeds.

Talked to someone on the Pen's waiting list and he won a chance to buy ( from a lottery) Winter Classic tickets from the Pen's. Said he paid $530 for a pair of upper level seats. That was directly from the Penguins ticket office.

Tickets for the Classic in nosebleed are on eBay now for almost double face value and it's only October.

That actually is pretty cheap. My seats were $149 each I believe, and though down lower the prices I think were similar above, so something like under $300 per ticket right? I expect that most will go for higher than that.

Hey guys, I come in peace. I may randomly be in Pitt around Halloween time, and I was hoping to see a game in the new arena. Anyone have any tickets to the 10/29 game vs. Philly? I'm really hoping not to pay $88 a seat (current StubHub prices).

88$ a seat for a Flyers game??? That's pretty damn cheap if you ask me.

I thought the same. Seats must be pretty cheap comparatively in Philly.

They're comparatively cheap and available in NY for the Rangers. I live right near NYC, and I can get tickets at basically face to most games.

I was hoping for something; I'm currently unemployed and can't afford anything too expensive. I figured I couldn't pass up the chance to see a game if I'm in Pitt for something other than a trip exclusively to the new barn, which I've contemplated.

I tried looking up the face price of tickets and could not find them. Mine in the middling range are around $80 a ticket season ticket holder, I know quite a bit higher face. Lowest season ticket holder is something like $40 I think, face a bit higher as well. Maybe someone can link the prices better than I can.

I dropped $660 for a pair of great seats for the October 29/10 game. Man I love living in Alberta.....
