Both are game changers in their own way. Weber's way is just flashier. This list is all about hype. Guys like Seabrook and Myers being ahead of Suter is a joke. But for the most part the list is a joke too so I'm not worried bout it.
I never said I was in agreement with the ordering of the list. I agree that Seabrook being ahead of Suter is a joke.
Suter may not be a game changer, but Tyler Myers has been in the league for ONE season. Granted he had a great season, and he won the Calder Trophy. That doesn't make him a game changer. It just means he had a great rookie season. I still think Suter should have been on the list if he is. I also think Suter is better than Seabrook. Maybe I'm a homer, but those are really the only two on the list I'm confident Suter should have beaten out.
I don't subscribe to the Canadian conspiracy theory, but I do think that if Suter were Canadian he would have been on the Olympic team. That would have almost certainly gotten him on the list.
Shutting down the opponent and controlling the flow of the game with your smarts and skating is a game changing talent as well and that's what Suter does. It's just not flashy like Weber's shot and big hits. Both are equally important though.

Ahead of who? He wouldn't crack the top 4, so he would have bumped an experienced player like Nieds, Pronger or Boyle?
