Trying to decide on my next jersey....Stepan, Del Zotto, or Anisimov? All played fantastically tonight

One thing... I love Callahan but the dude has almost no skill, sorry. If he didn't have his patented drive he would probably have a hard time even staying in the NHL.

Against, nice player but more than a third liner he's not

Go with Wade Redden, notched 2 assists in Hartford tonight. Totally worth the contract. Pick him up in your AHL fantasy leagues, folks.

He is a third line player but no skill is harsh. Scoring 22 and 19 goals takes some level of skill.

Sloppy 3rd period, but nevertheless a great game. Always nice to start a season with a W.

Ok, he does have some skill. I was being over dramatic. But if there a guy on him or he's being defended in any capacity he doesn't know what to do... at all. Usually he just takes a very low percentage shot and misses the net

I just wish Dubinsky pots 30 this year. One Debbies poster said he will never post again on here if Dubi pots 30 this season. He's off to a nice start.

1. Funny.

2. I'll give Wade credit. He accepted his demotion and is showing up to play. Also wearing an "A" on his jersey. We all know he sucked as a Ranger and he is severely overpaid. He also should buy me a beer if I ever see him out anywhere in this town.... (I live just south of Hartford so I'm hoping to run into him at some point)

3. The Rangers played a good game, buried their chances. Yay! Need to keep it up.

4. I have a blank jersey. Any idea where I can send it if I want to get it customized?

This Franchise has been lacking a complete player like this since Messier.

Del Zotto and Girardi +3 as a pairing tonight.

The Sauer-Eminger pairing logged 13 minutes, Sauer looked really solid IMO.

Isles are on their way to another first overall pick, awesome.

Stepan already leads the lg in goals scored

P.S. Don't overlook the nifty feed from Avery to set up Step's 3rd goal; for those Avery haters who underrate his hockey skills.

You too, need to learn how to read.

I'm calling Stepan a complete player, and the last time we had one was Messier.

It's too soon to call Step's a complete hockey player? Interesting. We'll agree to disagree.

We're making comparisons to one of the greatest players of all times. And yes, I realize you're not implying that he's going to be Messier, but once you begin saying things like that, you're setting yourself up to be disappointed.

To compare someone who has played one game in the NHL to a complete player like messier is asinine.

and im really not trying to argue....but if stepan does anything similiar to jagr over his career i will be quite ecstatic
