Wow. This is going to be interesting.

I'm guessing one of Richardson/Clifford will be scratched.

I love it. I know they don't want to play Schenn/Lokti at wing but you need to put your best players out there. Smyth has been abysmal so far so let him just muck it up with Stoll and put some talent and vision with Kopitar.

Yup Lokti feeding Kopi could be awesome, hopefully they mesh well.

Wow press box to 1st line Winger. Getting younger by the day. Hell if we win Tuesday after game party is going to be at Chucky Cheese.

From what Schenn has showed in his first two games, he should be centering the 2nd line and Stoll should be on the fourth line with Richardson and Clifford. Give Westgarth the seat against Atlanta.

I would love to attend that . . . but the court order specifically says I have to stay away from all Chuchy Cheese's.

Kopi had better be ready to play. He is going to get more attention than usual.

Westgarth should sit after the game he had last night.

Clifford and Schenn and Muzzin the baby Kings can fight.

Agreed Westgarth should sit, and with Vancouver in on friday without Rypien he should sit again.

If Loki/Kopi mesh, it could mean loads of good things for the Kings. He's a highly skilled player, and if he can mesh with Kopitar, we might have gold on our hands until we can make a trade closer to the deadline for another winger.

Also too bad they don't switch Brown to the 2nd/3rd line and have Poni play on the 1st.

A line that goes Loki/Kopi/Poni would be cool.

A lot of people should sit after last nights game. Poni has been worse than Westgarth and he has 5 more turnovers than takeaways.

This is kinda what is bothering me...Poni hasnt played great, yet he always seems to be around the play. Simmonds on the other hand seems to be nowhere near the play and isnt hustling around hitting people. The team needs to wake up, and im banking a little home cooking will do just that.

That is a good start. Schenn stays as he has been the best forward aside from Kopitar. I'd say scratch Westgarth and Lewis. I'd also move Ponikarovsky to the 2nd line and put Smyth on the 3rd line. That might actually get all 3 of them going. I'd go with this if I was the coach.

Loktionov-Kopitar-Brown
Ponikarovsky-Stoll-Williams
Smyth-Handzus-Simmonds
Richardson-Schenn-Clifford

I'm just a fan though.

I'd also like to see Brown and Williams swapped but I'll take what TM has done for the time being.

So you think Simmonds should be a healthy scratch?

After watching the Flames beat the Kings yet again it became apparent we missed someone. That someone was AFrolov,he made that third line of Handzus and Simmonds go! I like that Poni is physical but his offensive skills pale in comparison to Frolov's. Letting Fro walk wasn't one of Lombardi's finest moments!!!

He had no choice if we wanted a chance at Kovalchuk.

I think he meant to put simmonds in the 3rd line wing spot where stoll is on there twice.

i think Stoll is better than Stoll if you ask me...i'd put Stoll on the 2nd and Stoll on the 3rd...NOT the other way around
