You don't understand, sundien can't win he doesn't have the passion... passion will always realize, as it is not about judging, as logic is, and the truth is always relized, no matter how long it takes.

Lockout intangibles

The obvious effect of no CBA is the loss of a season, but the longer the two sides wait to agree on a new deal, the more confusing it gets for players and owners.

Sportsnet.ca -- The intangibles of the NHL lockout are starting to show, and for some of the league's best players it may mean switching uniforms.

Under the expired CBA, teams must offer restricted free-agents making less than the league average at least a 10 percent raise before midnight on July 1 to retain their rights. Since the league is currently not operating, regular rules of engagement do not apply.

In the case of top-tier players, a category which includes Thrashers Dany Heatley and Ilya Kovalchuk, players may consider legal action to become free-agents when the July 1 deadline passes.

To avoid such a conflict, the NHL wants a deal with the union no later than July 1 and preferably before June 1.

But only one team can win every year. Does that mean that only one team has passion every year?

Strange eh !!!

No matter how many times Daly says it nobody, including the media, fans, players, agents buys it ..

If it is irrelevant then why all the meeting 3 times a week now, when they never even do that to save the season ???

ACC1224 no that is called a talent. Leafs have talent but not the passion to win.

what I have. only I do not know if I have to offer you in terms of hockey wisdom, if you do not ask.

All in all dar, out of all I have to offer, the one that is in all my offerings is love of the leafs, and that is what I have to offer. the thing that may be blinding to this fact, is that my love may not be what you belive is love.

I also expect the contract to tick off a year because it benefits the group as a whole. Sure Roberts and Nieuwndyk would like to get their money, but do you think Havlat/Nash want another year served before they gets arbitration rights
Remember, the reporst are that the agents aren't looking for arbitration rights for their players, they are looking to get them UFA's. And if just one agent is able to get his client declared a UFA, that means EVERY player who's contract expires on July 1st, over or under 31, will be a UFA. We cuold get a whole new NHL when play resumes.
