someones gotta gif that ovi commercial for an ace advatar. Ero's isnt bad, but we need amination.

Oh and i have what I think may be a 14 point buck living in the woods behind my crib. I need a better look but there are a lot of tines. I saw him up close but with branches in the way. I got a vid as he walked into the sunlight, its not a piebald. I got the foscam setup to see if I get anything tonight.

He's a beast.

Seriously, I've been holding off on AAPL and will continue to hold off on AAPL because of how high it's gotten with how much of that company is tied to one person but man have I missed some upside with that stock.

I'm not getting why INTC was downgraded a couple months ago. They just posted a huge quarter and have some excellent products coming out. Oh well, long-term I feel great about INTC but it sure has put some hurt on me the past couple months.

Well don't hate your life. I bought INTC 20-21 call spread that expires on friday instead of apple when I was debating one or other about 6 weeks ago. Intc had a 10x B/C but not probable. AAPL 280-290 was about 5x. I got greedy. I'd be swimming in cash if I stayed smart.

Lol @ Gilbert "faking an injury" so Nick Young could get more time.

Good ol' Wizards

http://sports.espn.go.com/nba/news/s...=ESPNHeadlines

Quote:
Gilbert Arenas says the knee injury that kept him out of the Wizards' preseason home opener wasn't an injury at all, but a ruse designed to get a teammate more playing time.

Washington coach Flip Saunders said before Tuesday night's game against the Atlanta Hawks that Arenas' knee was bothering him. "His knee is acting up and is a little sore, and it looks like he's going to sit this one out," Saunders said.

Seeing Sam Harris give a talk tonight and I'm pretty pumped about it. Anyone else seen any of the so-called "Four Horsemen" speak?

I heard some good things about the P90X deal and was wondering since there is a few people here what everyone Pros/Cons are for it?

Pros: If you do the program you WILL love the results. If you're looking for just size, this program isn't for you as it focuses on all areas of fitness instead of just a few muscle groups. Coming from a former meathead, I feel much better doing these workouts than simply pumping tons of iron. My body feels MUCH better because of improved flexibility and less joint/tendon problems that occur from lifting too much.

Cons: Very time intensive, expect to workout between 60-90 minutes every day. It's expensive. Not only do you need to buy the DVDs, you really need to purchase a ton of weights or an adjustable dumbbell system, a pull-up bar, push-up bars, and a yoga mat. You can use bands in place of weights but it's so hard to measure progress and setup with the exact weight you need with bands.

That was yesterdays. I'm dying.

Sun: plyo
Mon: Arms/shoulders
Tues: yoga
Wed: hockey
Thur: legs and back

Now I can handle that in about 2-3 weeks. But week one after 2 mo layoff.... DYING!

edit: sucks Foy. I do actually hope you get better. Foot injuries suck

p90 legs and back sucks. I'd rather just do squats then stand their like an idiot doing sidekicks for 2 hours and still not feel any burn.

The wall squats are good though.

Pros:
It works very well
It's only 1hr to 1.5hrs
Do it at home
You can start from nearly any base physical condition

Cons:
Cost
You have to REALLY work if you're not used to punishing yourself. People quit cause its hard.
Tony the tool
Its video so there's not much variation past the built in adjustments
A dude on one leg makes you look silly in plyometrics til you get a few weeks in.

End of the day I'm a huge believer and advocate.

The kicks are only in one or two moves and I'm pretty sure they're there to give you a break and loosen your legs back up after a break.

My ability to avoid work is causing you to miss work. Yet somehow, I bet the world is more productive.
