I just wanted to ask the guys follow the Swedish leagues... why hasnt this kid made the Elitserien?

That Brynäs has so many kids on their team already probably has something to do with it. Looks like he's doing great in juniors.

Ludvig's decision to play with Chicago while Brynäs were getting ready for the season/played their first few games (I can't remember the exact timeline) probably hurt his chances too. Like Penthothal mentioned, there are a lot of young players in Brynäs already (five forwards age 20 or younger), and teams usually don't want to rely solely on the kids.

Also, I don't know what these players are thinking, but Wännström is the 13th forward currently playing about five minutes per game. Maybe Rensfeldt is looking to have a bigger role than that for the team he's playing for.

Is correct. He gets plenty of ice time for the J20 team, even though I think a loan move to a club in Hockeyallsvenskan (SEL-2) would be a wise and natural step for him at this stage.
