I heard Willy say that SK can barely walk off the ice because of his ankle, so I'm really surprised he's out there. It was very noticeable when he had a breakaway in the 2nd. Speaking of someone "barely noticeable", since Wade Belak was on the roster tonight, why didn't Trotz send him out after that P.O.S. Backstrom following his cheap shot on Goc?

Nice to come home from an AHL game and discover that my DVR told me to screw myself and didn't record. Perfect ending to the night. Sports teams losing was the high point.

He actually played a considerable amount of time with Wilson/Goc instead of Belak. Belak only played 3 minutes. Hopefully his foot gets healed soon, though.
Speaking of Wilson, seemed like his ice time was pretty low. I guess it's just because he doesn't play on any special teams. I dunno why Trotz is holding him back. I suppose Lombardi being out is also affecting his ice time.
