Avs have never really played the rags well, I think that the Rangers take this one 4 to 2

LGR!!!

Btw..is it just me, or does a line of Boogaard, Christensen and White seem a little odd? Shouldn't Prust and Boyle be with the Booger?

Boyle definitely deserves to be put on the third line, especially with these injuries.

Agreed, he's been one of the hardest working guys this past offseason and coming into the season, and it's paying off so far. Looks heaps better so far then he did at any point during last year. He's playing smart and physical.

Since we won't get a goal from Rozi and certainly not getting 2 from Boyle... 4-1 Avs.

But LGR!!!

He already has half of last years numbers in only 3 games.

No, I get that. And Christensen certainly hasn't endeared himself to me so far. But Christensen is a set up guy. White is a proven goal scorer, and Avery can certainly score a bit. Just thinking of ways to try and get the offense going a bit, although we are scoring right now. It's defensively where we're having issues.

I don't know man, although we're missing Gaborik, Drury, and Prospal, our defense has been abysmal. If we were even just a tad more poised, I think we would've beaten the leafs last friday.

Sauer scratched again?

Didn't we just go through this a few days ago?

Tortorella is a moron.

When Gilroy, Rozsival, Eminger, and Del Zotto are running around in their own end losing their ****, and we give up goals that don't need to be given up, Tortorella will wonder why.

Staal, Girardi, and Sauer are the ONLY defensemen on the NHL roster that can be trusted defensively in the defensive zone.

Every other defenseman on the NHL roster is an adventure.

not likin this matchup. colrado is fast. us...not so much. 4-2 we lose.

if rozy plays 27 minutes tonite, were in trouble. please, watch his skating closely and then tell me that hes not the slowest dman on the ice tonite. and it wont even be close.

a loss tonite begins the end for torts. if we start losing games now, the real torts will show up.

the ornery, snarky, obscene, confrontational, obnoxious, and miserable torts we all know so well.

i think a losing streak now will result in a new coach for this team sooner rather than later. the booing was bad during the leafs game, it will only get worse.

its always darkest before dawn....

i am surprised at this thought that colorado will come in and roll the rags. Colorado will be playing its third game in four nights. They also got rolled by the Islanders 5 to 2 last game as well.

I think we take this one, 4-2.

Goals from:
Stepan
Avery
Callahan
Dubinsky

I'm looking at Frolov and Callahan this game. Guys like Anisimov, Dubinsky, Stepan and Avery are ahead of their quotas, law of averages says Fro, Feds, and Cally are gonna start pitching in some goals.
