Can't wait for the game tonight. As a Pens fan, Nashville scares the hell out of me.

And please take it easy on Fleury.

This is gonna be a great game, book it.

I'm expecting Rinne to be stellar today and we need him to be, to win.

I really wish our scoring lines pick it up today and score on the easy ones we missed in the Calgary game. MAF in goal, i think we won't get shutout 2 straight , but that's just my pov.

For the game, i'm thinking Rinne is gonna hold us in this one, but we need some scoring, i am thinking 3-2 Preds (Cal,Marty,Sully).

Lets go Preds

I think this is the game where the bottom falls out on us. Injuries plus mistakes that are normally covered up won't be. I hate I think that way, but I think we lay a big fat egg. See last years edmonton game, the first one. same feeling for some reason. i hope i am wrong

Yay I have to work and once again won't be able to watch the game thanks to Fox and Dishnetwork.

Hopefully I have some good highlights on NHL.com.

LoL you could watch it like me, Download the full game the following day and watch it?

That beats watching highlights any day

early sneak preview of the SCF's?

I expect this to be a hard fought match regardless of injuries. Last time the Pens were in the Bridgestone we kept Crosby to very few shots and IIRC, off the scoresheet? Rinne will be standing on his head and if we pull this one off it will be due to his as usual over the top performance especially, with our D a little thin tonight. Heres to our offense rising to the occasion!

This should be a great game to watch. Pitts new d really scares me. Letang, Martin, Goligoski. And we know about there forwards. We need Weber to have a huge huge game and for SK and Erat to start skating at 100 Percent, were banged up right now and this is going to be a tough task

I'm feeling the same way... Think we are too injured at this point to dominate games like we did early on. It doesn't mean that we won't win in a hard fought game, I just don't see the domination like we had early on.

My guess:

Dumont - Wilson - Erat
Sullivan - O'Reilly - Hornqvist
Ward - Legwand - Tootoo
Kostitsyn - Smithson - Spaling

Bouillon - Weber
Klein - O'Brien
Franson - Sulzer

vs.

Kunitz - Crosby- Dupuis
Comrie - Letestu - Malkin
Cooke - Talbot - Kennedy
Tangradi - Adams - Rupp

Martin - Letang
Goligoski - Lovejoy
Hutchinson - Engella

I got their lines from their boards...

Going downstairs after the game, hopefully the Pens will be mad and I'll be happy rubbing the W in the faces of my sisters and their team!

I think MAF is the difference maker in this game.

Therefore, Preds win by at least 2 goals.

Hah, nice

Although, I would leave it to the Preds to allow him to regain his old self

This will be a tough game to win. Still shorthanded. I'd like to see a few of our forwards hit some people instead of it only being the defense.

The next guy Wilson checks hard is going to be his first of the year... Although he's done some nice work digging out pucks along the boards while being hit himself. He seems in a hurry to give it up in more open ice though, whenever a defender breathes on him, even though he's supposed to be good at shielding the puck.

Hornqvist has got to pot a goal tonight. Lets go guys!

Awesome Tootoo starts with Legwand and Ward, a couple hits already. Very surprising that line combo...

And Leggy scores! Whoot!

They score! Oh, a half second late... Whew, too close. 1-0 Preds.

I think Sulzer looks ok, fairly happy with his play even with one weak turnover I saw. He's skating well and going to the right areas.

Saw Smithson have one nice shift near (5 minutes left or so) the end. Looked like they had good pressure entering the zone but he stole it and dumped it in and retrieved it all by himself. Great hustle.

How did Wilson not even get a shot that one time standing right in front, grrr. I was thinking goal but he didn't corral it fast enough and Fluery swatted it away. That sucked.

Go Preds!

I didn't see that much of Sulzer actually. When I did watch I saw him make a check and a couple other times get the puck up the ice under pressure. One time though he went to clear from not far into our zone and he sort of whiffed and they ended up with a shot. He let it out of the zone on the powerplay once as well when he tried to stop the puck with his skate and didn't get it. He had another time when he should have taken the shot on the powerplay but passed back across. Overall though, I think he's moving well and getting in their way, I like his mobility and most of the times how he handled the puck. Looks more mobile then I remembered.

#### They score. I think it was Franson and O'Brien waving around at it. Weak! Stay with the man.
