Rosi with a beastly night again. 1 goal, 1 assist, 2-5-7 in 7 games.

Rosi is having a good start to the season. He has really impressed me. I hope he keeps this up all year.

Keep shooting that ****ing puck, Rosy. When he gets that one-timer on net, good things happen.

Torts called him an unbelievable hockey player. He also said Rozsy is a very important part of this hockey club.

But leave it to some of the fans. They know more than the professionals/coaches handling the team.

Rozsival has played great thus far. He's been shooting the puck and has looked really solid in his own end. He's earning his paycheck so far this season.

i must be the only person seeing rozy still give the puck away on a regular basis, the only way he doesnt get yelled at is if he continues to score because he still gives the puck up on those 'oh geez whats he doing that for' passes. i hope he does well because hes on my team but an appreciation thread is a bit of a stretch. heres hoping he keeps shooting the puck

people see what they want to see.

I see Staal, Girardi, and MDZ all with FAR more turnovers, and the only reason the other dmen dont is because of the TOI discrepancy.

This season, he has half the number of MDZ's and he has logged 176 minutes in 7 games. Thats 25 minutes a game.

nice to see him find his shot. somewhat. he still managed to miss the net like 6 other times this game so that's the only criticism I have for him.

Thanks for the insight. I'd like to hear more about how you "see" a game, especially the play of Rozsival, when you can so freely dismiss stats that pretty much signify the exact opposite of what it is you're trying to say.

comparing plus minus to goals, assists and blocked shots is asinine

i dont know about asinine, i just have an opinion, agreed hes taking more shots, and his offense is why we kept him in the first place, but if he isnt shooting and contributing on the offensive end it makes those passes into his teammates skates that arent called giveaways but end up in odd man rushes the other way not seem so noticeable. Im glad hes doing well but i still havent seen any rozy jerseys in the stands, maybe some will start popping up if he continues to hit the net. peace

I think that says more about the fans than it does Rozsival.

i dont see many prust, boyle, girardi jerseys either....does that mean they aren't playing well?

most fans like the marquee name on there jersey

this says nothing about rosy's play

and i still think that plus minus is a relatively useless stat.....

maliks plus minus was super high the years he was here because he played with jagr half the time....doesnt mean he was better than rosy or for that matter anyone

The guy logs monster minutes.

Has a great shot and has been shooting.

2 goals already and 4 assists.

The guy is playing like a bigtime defenseman. He should not be getting booed at all.

MDZ has made horrible mistakes but no one complains

Rosys been solid on defense and a monster on offense so far.
