Lol can't believe Orr wasn't called for interference. He plows Clemmensen out of the way in the crease

Yeah - that was a ****ing travesty. 'Official' standing right there, gesturing 'good goal'.

Unbelievable - I've never seen NHL incompetence of this level before...

I love how adamant the ref was in calling that a goal and the stupid look on Orr's face that it stayed a goal. :

Well - that ref will be ashamed to show his face again after this one goes viral. What a moron.

This ref shouldn't be allowed to officiate. What a ****** - how do you miss such a BLATANT goalie interference. Now the Laffs are overtaking our first Conference spot.

Seriously, a referee missing a penalty like this should suffer consequences. A team could actually make or miss the PO based on such a goal.
This was a no goal. Say the Panthers are tied for 8th spot but the Leafs make it through due to one extra win...I know this may look far fetched, but when we look at the closeness of the standings these past years, it could very well happen.

Mistakes happen. Refs can't get everything right. But this is unacceptable. If they don't want to hold Refs accountable for these mistakes, then they should allow the video judge to refuse the goal when it's such a clear case of interference. He didn't just flare the goalie, he ran him over. Reminds me of the goal Philly scored vs Huet in Washington. Player pretty much tackles Huet out of the way and they kept the goal, in the POs..Unacceptable.

The NHL is really a joke when it comes to officiating and discipline.

Somebody needs to tell Joe Bowen there's a setting between 'off' and 'manic'.

I'm just in shock that that goal counted. Poor Peter Deboerr won't be able to sleep tonight after getting screw-jobbed like that!

OT: Check out the TO goals against the Panthers

I don't recall a worse call then on the Leafs goal which was so blatantly goalie interference on Volton Orr.... I almost threw something at my TV. seriously, no drama.... You have to check it out on NHL.com.

Even worse was a two gander by Gigure late in the game took down a Panther and no call....Panthers had the leafs on the ropes looking for the tying goal and seconds later Kessel puts the game out of reach.

if that had happened to the Habs this board would have taken down the entire site!

Steven Walkam.... Remember that name folks cause the Panthers were absolutely fleeced by this ref!

Check out the Ducks-Stars game being played in Dallas right now if you want to see empty seats. Incredible!

It was as blatant as you're ever going to see. Orr literally pushes Clemenssen aside so the puck can go in. Nobody pushed him in, nothing. He's essentially flouting the goalie interference rule. There was no attempt whatsoever to hide what he was doing.

How does that not get called? Can't just file this one under "weird things happening at the ACC". That's completely ridiculous.

Another black eye for the league.

Yup, best part was the Ref was in the open corner with nothing at all to block his view. What a joke.

I can't wait what the league will say about that non-call tomorrow.

How on earth all the 4 refs agreed with that call. Well 2 refs, 2 linesman but still, i thought the reason they put 2 refs is to avoid this kind of stuff... and its not like 1 ref couldn't have seen that. It was blatant.

Remember those penalties Gionta got when he barely touched Brodeur This looks ten times worse since a goal actually went in an Orr really pushed the goalie compared to the flopping that Brodeur was doing.

So that's what the headline "Leafs Knock off Panthers to End Mini Skid" really means. LOL

Wow - what a non call on a critical play.

It would be nice if a coach could challenge a refs' call like they do in football. If this play goes to review, it's no goal and in a playoff game......it can be key.

I can't stomach it, but would someone tell me what the response to that theft is on the Leafs board? Do they acknowledge they got away with one, or are they so willfully blind that they think the goal was good? I know, I bet they're saying that Kessel scored in the 3rd anyway, so it doesn't matter.
