team chemistry seems to be a massive priority right now
I figure the bosses want to get Elliot and the team as much time together as possible
Lehner really should be the starter, but in bingo

I think these games are too important, and Elliott has played well the past few, no reason to put Lehner in.

As much as we all hope he'll stand on his head in his first game, we're talking about a first NHL start.

Tough to take Elliott out if he continues to win but we all know what happens to Brian when he plays too many in a row.

Leclaire is probably back soon anyway. Interesting to see what happens when he goes back to Bingo. His starting spot isn't guaranteed with the way Brust is playing and Brodeur on the mend. Kleindorst also has no problem benching top prospects (ie) Wiercioch, plus Lehner hasn't played a full game in quite a while so he could be very rusty.

Kleindorst doesn't have that much power behind an AHL bench. If Murray says Lehner plays 40 games, Lehner WILL PLAY 40 games. He's not in Bingo to sit on his laurels, the plan is to develop and prepare him for the NHL as soon as next year.
