Watching this NJ-Anaheim game is like watching the Clippers play the 49ers....in baseball.

Only one team has won at home tonight. And that was Atlanta in OT.

You must not have seen the game. Manchester could have beat the _ucks tonight. _evils barely broke a sweat tonight. Watch the first goal given up by hillar tonight, just brutal.

I'm amazed that the _ucks don't lead the league consistently in three stars of the night/week/year.

Every home game results just like tonight:

First Star:
Martin Brodeur (Devils - G)
Saves: 27
Save Pct.: .964

Second Star:
Todd Marchant (Ducks - C)
Goals: 0
Assists: 0

Third Star:
Lubomir Visnovsky (Ducks - D)
Goals: 0
Assists: 0

Remind me again which team lost. There is no reason for Marchant and Lubo with no points each to get 2nd and 3rd stars.

Why not Elias, with the game-winning goal? Or Colin White with +2 in the game? Oh yeah, because they're not a _uck.

Was it just me or did both teams look pretty piss poor tonight? The Sucks had so many giveaways that Hiller really had to bail them out quite a bit.

It's probably a temporary mask while they paint his Mickey Mouse one.

I think Hiller saw the defense that was going to be playing in front of him and realized that his mask is just gonna get blasted with 40 - 50 pucks a night so why paint it when it's just gonna end up black anyways?

It's good to know that that Turco is still alive and well.

Better than the rusty trombone mask he wore last year.

I haven't been able to watch many Detroit games this year, but damn they look good against Nashville right now. They move the puck so well. As a team, they probably have the highest collective hockey IQ in the league. Very creative in the offensive zone.

If they stay healthy, I think they've got to be the cup favorite.

I'm hoping Florida is able to take Montreal tonight so when we beat the Devils, we go back to being #1 in the league.

Montreal lost. Tim Thomas with another shutout. 28 saves. Wonder where Boston would be if he was traded?

TT with a .5 GAA! Three shutouts in six starts.

Unknown where the B's would be but it probably wouldn't be a good place. Rask has started twice and lost both. Team played like crap in front of him, though. Don't know yet why they play strong in front of TT and weak in front of Rask. Kind of bizarre.
