Did my 10 game assessment of the team, for those of you not interested in a long read just a heads up it is long, I spoke about many of our players. Still undecided on some and will assess them at the 20 game mark. With Markov back do you guys think we'll see a PK we've never seen before? He's been incredible up until now without Markov... being paired with him.... I've never been so excited for a game in a long time... 7 will never come soon enough.

If we win tonight our L10 becomes 8-1-1 lol... sexy
1. Love the blog Neo, look forward to reading your next one. I have to say I agree with most of your opinions in there and the player ratings.

2. I also get the feeling that with Markov being back Subban is going to be even better. Those concerned about Subban's ice time being diminished, I don't think it will be his ice-time that gets cut back at all. I think every other defenseman minus Gorges will probably see their time cut back.

It was not long ago when the Habs were impotent without Markov. I think they only won something like 6 games out of 25 when he was out a couple of seasons ago. Now our team is much better.

I don't know why I'm so scared to have a 100% healthy lineup.

Hope it lasts fo'eva, fo'eva-eva , fo'eva-eva?

I've never been to the MTL section of these boards... but I just wanted to drop by and say that I love Plekanec. I hope he has a big game tonight. I wish Montreal played Detroit more than once a year, if that, because I always love some players on Montreal's roster.

Hordichuk sounds like he's going to be after Moen tonight for that beating he gave to Gundbrunson during the pre-season. There's also the whole Spacek giving Booth his second concussion of the season last year.

It could be a nasty one. OTOH, Panthers are desperate for a win, so they can't be too stupid. OTOH, Hordichuk will be in the line-up so stupidity is a distinct possibility.

What's up with the Habs punishing other teams grade A rooks? Cammy-Nino, Moen-Gudbrunson.

I think Florida will come out hard and fast, but they don't have a lot of talent, so I think the Habs win a hard fought game: 3-1.

Martin confirms Markov will play with Subban. O'Byrne, Boyd and Picard will be healthy scratches.

Seriously can't believe Boyd is scratched again.

Yeah, Detroit is one of those teams I can't really follow, because we don't often cross paths. That might be a good thing, because now I can't hate on you guys

Also, Hordichuk going after Moen tonight

Hordichuk and the Panthers will have to be careful, because penalty problems is the last thing the are going to want with Markov being back in the line up. As a matter of fact, if they are concerned with avenging that fight I fully expect Montreal to completely dismantle this team on the score board tonight.

That being said, if Florida can get it's aggression out the way early and stick to playing a smart game it will be a typical Panther-Habs game: low scoring, tight game.

I was already really excited about tonights game but now more-so then ever. Moen fight inc in 7-9 hours

We got the first goal in 7/10 games right? If we do the same tonight on an early power play the panthers are going to be off to a pretty bad start lol.

Moen will drop the gloves early and get it over with. He's not afraid of anyone.

Besides that, Florida isn't stupid enough to put us on the PP knowing Markov is back tonight.

He really did not play that bad at first too...

Why not scratch Pyatt or Darche once in a while to give the guy a chance?

I doubt Moen will have to fight anyone.

Seriously ? Picard is scratched ? Scratch Spacek.

Boyd still scratched ? K

On Matt Martin's goal last night had Pouliot, or Eller done what Plekanec did they would have been benched. Martin pisses me off how he hates some players so easily.
