I believe George Parros will be shaving his 'stache at the end of the month to raise money for the cause.
Luckily, it should only take him a few hours to grow it back.

Here's an article:

Scott Hartnell’s grandfather had prostate cancer.
So when the NHLPA decided to add prostate cancer and promote awareness to the disease as part of its annual “Hockey Fights Cancer” campaign, Hartnell was eager to join in.
Players throughout the league are growing mustaches to raise money to battle prostate cancer during the month of November.
“There’s going to be a few guys doing it, so I thought I’d jump in on it,” said Hartnell, who is more than halfway there with a scruff-looking beard. “I’ll shave sometime the next couple of days and just leave the ‘stache.
“A good number of guys around the league are doing it. I’ve gotten some e-mails about guys doing it. It’s a fun, little thing and maybe we will have a side bet on who’s going to have the best ’stache.”
Flyers captain Mike Richards tried to play coy about the event. He too had the beginnings of a beard at the morning skate.
“It wasn’t my idea,” Richards said.
He pointed two seats down to Dan Carcillo.
“Dude, what did you have last year all of November?” Richards asked Carcillo.
“A mustache,” Carcillo replied, adding it was Richards’ idea. “He has a big heart and just doesn’t want to admit it.”
Richards said he would likely take part in it.

It makes me happy that Giroux can grow a beard, and Crosby can't. Tells you everything you need to know, really.

That you guys really like moustaches?
Good on the guys for doing this. Might try my own. Never grew it without a goatee or full beard before.

Giroux's 'stache reminds me of those crazy muttonchops + mustache combos from the 70's.

Does this mean I can have the old JJ back?
Also that is definitely the most badass picture for a group of broadcasters ever.
