I'm a Gomez supporter, but I'm starting to be impatient. Gionta, enough with the low percentage shots... Wristers from the blue line without a screen won't get you out of your slump.

It's not worth it. At this point, I'm glad for Halak, but I really couldnt care less about their supporters...

Ditto, I completely agree. I love them both to bits, but it's time to start delivering.

That makes three of us (if we count Huge Ellerection and his Gatorade Vodka shots...meaning he should be passed out right about now. ).

Gomez Gio and Cammy all had good chances but look snakebitten...it's nice to have depth though.

I can still hear the cries for Halpern to be let go for White(who has 5 points in the AHL)!

Pouliot couldn't make things happen with Gionta and Gomez and he does it with Halpern and Darche.

shows everything we need to know: Pouliot wasn't the problem.

Watch JM next move: he's going to put Pouliot back with Gomez and Gionta.

Well Darche, Pouliot and Halpern were fantastic. Spacek had his best game of the season by far.

Overall defensively the team was pretty solid although Gill was still bumbling around a lot.

Price was fantastic.

On the other end of things. The top six was beyond bad. Cammalleri is really fighting the puck. Gionta isn't getting close to the net. Kosty was okay but isn't where he was. Gomez well, beyond atrocious. A complete passenger so far this season and tonight was shameful.

Is it bad, that I still love this song a year later, even though CP is my hero?

Not at all. I still listen to that song (, as a Lady Gaga hater too) from time to time. The city has got a Habs Romance...wooooahhh.

I just want to point out it's the first time I ever see a player favor a 2v2 over a breakaway. That was a new low and I had never seen that before at the NHL level. I'm glad for having had that opportunity, thank you Gomez.

Please break up Gomez and Gionta already...

Eller - Plekanec - Gionta
Cammalleri - Gomez - Kostitsyn

Huge game by the Halpern line, what a sick signing Halpern has been.

Well, I was expecting Gomez to step it up in Plekanec's absence, and surprise to me, it was Halpern!

Time to cut Gomez's minutes, put Gionta on another line and not use both of them together on the top unit of the PP. Nothing those two do has worked so far this year so it is highly unlikely they get the PP going.

Very sound game from Spacek as well. Stopped a breakaway and gave on to Gomez who gladly declined.
