The line combinations were jumbled at today’s morning skate. Looks like there’s a chance Matt Martin could play to the left of John Tavares at some point - which would be a very good idea against the Flyers - but other than that, the skate provided little insight into the lineup. Perhaps the Islanders’ coaching staff did not want to show all their cards to the Flyers’ staff sitting in the Coliseum stands.
On D (subject to change!): Eaton-Wisniewski, Mottau-Martinek, Hillen-Gervais
Trent Hunter (foot injury) participated in the morning skate and will play tonight. Josh Bailey could see some time on right wing.

If you want to test and prepare Bobo for any playoff intensity, then we need to play him against the best teams, not the Islanders...
They need to not come out flat. Take it to them early and force their will on the isles early. Hope the rushkie plays both games.
How can the flyers play at 5:00 tomorrow? isnt there some 24 hour rule? Didnt the pens ***** about that when the flyers wanted to change the time due to the phils?

The Penguins had a legit gripe because it was already scheduled.
It's supposed to be 22-hours, not 24. With the loss of the hour tonight, it's not. Shouldn't be that way.

I can maybe see them playing him back to back. I think against a team like the Caps though, you dont do that but Lavy seems to like to play the hot hand. Bob also said he loves playing back to back games, so maybe thats also why he wants to do it. He is pushing the kid to see how far he can go.

That may be the case, but I just don't see that happening. I could be very wrong.
hope boosh is staying loose, it's only a matter of time before lavi throws him in. tonight would've been a nice opportunity, but i can't really argue with sticking with the hot hand. i'd be confident that boosh could do a good job against the caps as long as our defense plays the way it has. but, tonight we've got the isles. they're gonna come out jumpin. remember when we embarrassed the leafs at the wach last year and a week or so later we went to toronto only to be shut-out? hope this doesn't happen tonight. keep it going boys!
