I heard from my sources (my uncle's a billet ) that he didn't know anything. But in a news release the team just said "Coach Tony Curtale" and not "Coach and GM". We'll see. I'm guessing this isn't official. Are you thinking of Bill Yuill who just bought the team?

The person in charge of the business operation for the Tornado is who I'm talking about. I won't name names, but if you look up who it is, and then look at every team he's ever been in management for, his track record speaks for itself.

Despite outshooting the Oklahoma Sooners 55-25 on Friday night, the Tornado fall 5-3 to OU. Josh Hillegas was in net for the Tornado. The final pre-season game for Texas is tonight against the same Oklahoma Sooners.

The Texas Tornado have played very well which has included a 6 game winning streak and are now tied for first with the Amarillo Bulls in the NAHL South Division. They are in Corpus Christi this weekend where they will have a shot of taking the South Division Top Spot out right.

Yeah, because 6th in the league in attendance is awful. The attendance tonight was 2,253. I think we are fine. Plus another sweep for the Tornado that's 12 straight. Next up Corpus Christi, this will be..... interesting.

My post was before last nights game which drew 2,200+. LOOK AT A CLOCK, IDIOT!

Your team will be in trouble. Compare game-by-game attendance from last year to this year and notice a trend. Same thing happened to my team in Arizona in the CHL last year. Same thing happened to the two teams this guy managed before.

Your stellar average attendance in eight openings before last night's game was 1,482 (11,855/8). Last night's game was a statistical outlier.

A couple of the home games were in Blaine which only drew about 400-500 people in which we were the "home" team. Our average attendance at our home is up from last year. I feel like the attendance will only go up from here since HS Football is about ready to be over, and we are on a 12 game winning streak. We'll see though.

But just so you can see the game-by-game.

Game 1:
LY: 1,872 TY: 2,029

Game 2:
LY: 1,734 TY: 1,207

Game 3:
LY: 1,314 TY: 1,428

Game 4:
LY: 1,505 TY: 1,134

Game 5:
LY: 563 TY: 1,496

Game 6:
LY: 1,852 TY: 1,321

Game 7:
LY: 1,324 TY: 2,253

Average:
LY: 1,452 TY: 1,552

Idiot is strong language. When you treat a fan that way it just makes me root for that fans team. Texas is doing great this year. I am glad for their fans.

Now have a 5 point cushion in the South after a 3-1 win over the Corpus Christi Ice Rays. 2,375 in the house tonight, apparently are actually expecting 1,000 more tomorrow night.

Before a crowd of 3,750 (2nd most in team history), the Tornado beat the Corpus Christi Ice Rays 7-0 on Saturday in Frisco. Texas eyes the team record of 17, now with 14 straight. 3 games this week for the Tornado starting on Wednesday in Wichita Falls.

Tornado come from behind in Wichita Falls to win 5-4. The Tornado's streak now is up to 15. Just 2 behind the franchise record.
