NOVEMBER SCHEDULE:

QUOTES TO NOTE:

You’ve got to make sure you do everything else right, and as a team, we just didn’t put in a solid 60 tonight to earn the win.
We gotta make sure we’re doing that every night.
- Brandon Dubinsky

We gotta have a short memory from a loss. It's a long season. Right now we have to build some momentum at home.
- Erik Christensen

Gaborik’s been cleared for contact. We didn’t have a grinding type practice today, but we played a small game in a closed area in our last drill and he handled himself well.
- John Tortorella

Another game I honestly don't expect to win; would be a bonus if we did.

Our defense will get a real test tomorrow, as will Lundqvist.

Can't take penalties, have to shut down that big line with Staal-Girardi and the Anisimov unit.

Derek Boogaard sent home after reporting sick to #NYRangers practice. Tortorella said bug is going around the room.

---------------------------

Wouldn't mind seeing Gilroy take Boogard's spot on the 4th line for a game, if Boogs will sit out.

If Boogaard is out, then there is absolutely no reason not to play Gilroy, for insurance if nothing else. No point dressing 19.

No wonder they sent him home. Can you imagine what Boogaard's play would be like... while ill?

Part of me feels that's inevitable, haha.

13-9-22 for him in 20 career games vs. the Rangers.

I feel an explosion coming up for the Caps and Ovi..he's started slowly. Nothing like playing at MSG to get you going.

Very interested in seeing how our grinding two-way style deals with a superstar dynamic offensive threat.

Should be a fun game, even if we lose, as long as we play a good game.

OV is always owning us, both physically and on the scoreboard. That's nothing new... I always expect that when we play the Caps.

Can we put gilroy on D and eminger on the 4th line? That way when the caps blow by him everyone can just say he's a typical 4th liner

That can be said of most players, lines, or teams that go against Ovy and the Caps. I think there's a lot to take out of this game in regards to the rest of the season. If we can keep Ovy from running rampant all over the place, i'll be happy.

Always love when the Rangers play the Caps. Even though a lot of the time the game isn't in our favor, they always produce high energy, exciting, and entertaining games.

I know, but it's worse when it's a filled up month full of games.

Can't wait to see Staal matched up against OV. Those two always go at it. Love watching it.

Notice how many times OV is in there. I counted at least 7. It's like OV seeks him out and just can never take him out.

God help us lol

Gotta score early and hold the lead, but with Ovechkin, Semin and Backstrom, that is going to be near impossible.

I don't want this going into OT/SO either.
