This Year's Crop

Now that training camps are well underway, I was wondering... does it look like any new fighting talent going to break into the league this year?

Hopefully Kevin Westgarth gets the enforcer job for the Kings. Frazer McLaren may get that Job with the Sharks. Cool Bill Goldthorpe Avatar.

I think he will. Kassian and Westgarth should make a good run this season.

Bordeleau on Colorado if he doesn't get cut has a chance since David Koci is injured right now. Also,Bordeleau is a much better player and probably fighter than that goon Koci. Actually, Koci isn't even an goon because he doesn't fight much and loses when he does.

I'm kinda hoping that we see rookies go at it. Maybe we can expect 3-6 fights from some of the sophomores like E. Kane and Beleskey.

I forgot about Kassian, With Boogaard and Scott gone he should have a shot to stick with the Wild. Brad Staubitz alone isnt going to be enough.
