The overrating of Cam Neely continues ....

I wouldn't consider Kerr, Dino or Clarke power forwards

If we go by the exact definition of power forward, we won't get to 25

We'll just vote for who best exemplifies the qualities of a power forward. Ergo, we'd vote for Tocchet before Beliveau, despite Beliveau being 1438.7 times better.

Eric Lindros should have been the no.2 but I guess #3 is good enough.

Bertuzzi, Iginla etc. don't come even close to Big E in his prime.

And what about Phil Esposito? Lindros peaked at what? 47 goals, 115 points? Espo had 76 goals and 152 points. 717 career goals, 1590 career points, a 1.24 PPG average, 6 Art Ross trophies, 2 Hart Memorial trophies, 2 Lester B. Pearson trophies, and six consecutive years as the leading goal scorer in the NHL.

Espo >>>>>>>>>>>>> Lindros.

Espo wasn't a true power forward IMO. Espo, Kerr, LeClair, Andreychuk used their size to stake out room in the slot and absorb punishment from defenseman, but they never were the ones using their size to lay the wood on defenseman.

Defenseman feared going back to get a puck in the corner with a Lindros, Neely, Tkachuk, Tocchet bearing down on them, knowing they were going to get smoked.

Different kinds of players.

Eric Lindros. His mean streak made him the protypical power foward and he had a fantastic scoring touch.

Like it was said, Espo wasn't a powerforward.

Then he should be removed from the poll.
