Holy **** did we need that win. Love seeing all that hard work from Goc, Legwand and of course Horny.

HAhaha!! You tell em trigg! If only Janssen was out there , ther'd be none of that going on.

But boy were the Preds lucky to win this. For 50 minutes of that game, they looked like the team that played last night. And that 5 on 3 PP...that gold Jerry.

I hate the St. Louis announcing crew with a passion, thank god this game was actually on television. I was at the Tootoo game misconduct game, however, when I watched the replay of that the announcers made me sick to my stomach.

As a Flames fan, think back to your game with the Preds 3 weeks ago, about a minute in, and who hurt his knee in a collision with Cory Sarich -- that's pretty much your answer. He hasn't played since.

Well Suter is a very good defenseman and a big part of your team so it does make sense.

I came here to ask a serious question about a team I really like and I think has great coaching, scouting and management. By the tone of your post it sounds like you think I was here to troll but I am not.

I think the tone your sensing is from losing five straight and alot of us being upset with alot of things lately. Wouldn't take it personally.

I think we all just had high hopes after a 5-0-3 start and are missing Suter. badly.

This AP quote made me laugh:
"Backes opened the scoring for the Blues with 1:38 left in the first period. Backes rammed home a rebound from the right side of the circle after a hard hit by Nashville's Steve Sullivan."

It should read "after steamrolling Nashville's Steve Sullivan."

Congratulations on your win !

I just wanted to know how Sulzer is doing so far? It's time for another german to establish himself in the NHL . Goc seems pretty decent so far, right?

looked to me like Sully was standing flat footed. Ive seen that called interference before when you smash over a guy who is looking around for the puck.

Didn't see the result 'till very late last night... but I was grinning when I did.

Bravo, folks. Bravo.

I think I am only good to bust the slump though. My GDT are not yet mature enough to handle success. need more seasoning down on the np boards, lol

Does it have to be done on the day of the game or can I make it before I leave work this afternoon? What's the mojo been like?

Imagine a woodchipper filled with the splintered relics of many metaphyisical and spiritual icons in the hopper.

Imagine a mutt after it's been hit by a car and it's dragging it's lame hind legs as it walked.

Imagine a competent man in Washington DC who's soul has been defeated by the corruption and ineptitude of his peers.

That's what the karma's been like.

He was flat-footed because he was looking for the puck that was up in the air.
I kinda thought it was interference at first, I mean, how can you really say a guy is playing a puck/has the puck when it is falling from overhead...but he did take a baseball swing at it as it fell down, so he did try to "play" it.
At first I had my hands in the air saying " how is that not a penalty" but after seeing a replay I was OK with the call...not happy with it mind you, but I can see why they let it go.

Well yeah, but I asked about mojo, not karma.

I'll do it. If we lose, I won't make one again and I have no web at home so I'll have it ready before I leave and can't a mod edit my post with the correct line ups if it happens that Suter/Erat plays?
