I just love Plekanec's presence on the ice. He is more confident, more in control, and more dangerous than ever before. It is a great reward for those of us that have been patient with him since the beginning and see him gradual progress into such a creative offensive force. I watched him closely with the Bulldogs during the lockout year, and he was the Bulldogs' dynamo that year. To see him evolve into the same player for the Canadiens has been very satisfying.
Hmm watching Cherry and he failed to have the producer show the clip where he declares that Price will never succeed in Montreal.
Maybe next week.
Good game. I dont read much into Markov's reaction to being hit. As someone who's had many serious knee injuries myself, that reaction was more of fear and frustration than pain. The guy just spent months working his ass off to rehab and get back in the lineup..any "twang" or bump to that knee is going to get that kind of reaction. It could be serious but it could easily be nothing at all.
