In Sunday action, London once again owned Windsor 9-1. Hunter (+1) had an assist in the win. Om Monday, Ottawa beat Sudbury 6-2 with Mancari (+1) getting an assist and himself a roughing minor. Ottawa leads the series 2-1 with game four tomorrow.

Kaleta is a -1 with elbowing and goaltender interference minors on the night. A Petes win will give them the 3-1 series edge....Midway through one, Medicine Hat and P.A. are tied 1-1. MacArthur has an assist on the Tiger goal. The Tigers currently hold a 2-0 series lead....Kelowna, currently down 2-0, will play game three versus Seattle later tonight. The puck drops at 10:30.

Medicine Hat is getting absolutely SCHOOLED tonight. The Raiders are taking it to them by a tune of 6-1 with about 10:00 left in the third.

Mike Card is currently +1 as Kelowna leads Seattle 4-0 at the end of two.

Peterborough ended up with a 6-3 win. Kaleta's line stayed the same.

If Medicine Hat were to fall, how about bringing in Clarke MacArthur on an ATO just in case Roy and Ryan aren't quite ready to come back 100% going into the playoffs. IMO he's best suited to be the guy, though someone like Mancari maybe couod provide some of the size lost when Novotny is out injured.

MacArthur certainly would be the most ready of all the Sabres prospects. While his level of play is high, I'm still a bit concerned with his lack of discipline. Still, I wouldn't be against giving him a look on an ATO. With no end to the lockout in sight and the possibility of losing his rights (which I really don't think the league will allow to happen), this is best way for the Sabres to know exactly what they have. He has the offensive game to make some sort of splash.

As well as Mancari has played, I don't think he'd excel right away on an ATO. He seems more suited to learning the ropes with an extended stay in the AHL. Saying that, it's hard to say that he'd be a contributor to Rochester's push this season.

I don't think that we have natural scorer in the OHL. Kaleta and Mancari put up points this season, but they will likely make their marks in the pro game with hard work and checking.

Mancari (+2) with another hat trick and an assist as Ottawa closes out their series with Sudbury with a 7-4 win. The 67's move on to face Peterborough in what should be nasty, tough series. Both Medicine Hat and Kelowna play later on this evening.

MH is out. Hopefully this means MacArthur is heading to the Amerks on an ATO.

OK, folks. Time to get caught up.

Ottawa has 2-0 lead over Peterborough in their semi-final series. The 67's squeeked out a 3-2 OT win in game 1 on Thursday. Mark Mancari was left off the score sheet for Ottawa, while Pat Kaleta checked in with one assist, -1, and 6 PIM. Saturday's game 2 resulted in another Ottawa win by the score of 3-0. Both Sabres prospects put up bagels.

This year's Memorial Cup hosts, the London Knights, are tied 1-1 in their best of seven with Kitchener. Dylan Hunter was a -1 with 2 PIM in London's 3-2 game 1 victory. Kitchener came back with a 3-1 win last night, with Hunter ending up at -2.

Out west, Kelowna and Kootenay are locked at one game apiece in their semi-final matchup. Mike Card didn't make a dent in the Rockets' game one win, and was a -1 with 2 PIM in the game 2 loss.

Rockets beat out the ice 4 games to 2....

Card scored the game tying goal in game 6, with about 3 minutes left on a knucklepuck from centre, fooled goalie Jeff Glass and went in. Shea Webere scored the OT winner for the Rocks.

Well, now that the Amerks have been unceremoniously eliminated, let's try to get onto some happier news.

Kelowna dispatched Brandon 4 games to 1 to move on to the Memorial Cup. For the playoffs Mike Card has 2 G 5 A 7 TP in 24 GP. 38 PIMs and a +6.

London leads Ottawa 3 to 1 with game 5 tonight. Each of the Sabres prospects had an assist last night. So far Mark Mancari has 13-9-22 in 20 games with 24 PIMs and +9. Dylan Hunter is 10-11-21 through 17 games and has added 16 PIMs and is a +5.
