has the window closed?

Since the 04 cup run 'the window closing' has been discussed in detail after each year passes. Through the first month and a half it appears as if the window is getting very close to being closed, if not closed completely. So the question is rebuild or retool? Are the flames a few moves away from being right back in it? Or is it simply time to tear it all down? Thoughts.

Well. We have a few threads on this...

Anyways, I think we should rebuild. I don't know how well the Flames will play, but I am not opposed to obtaining a high draft pick. I would love to see the Flames start fresh and draft a big 1C, and go into the season with a few UFA forwards, and some new faces from the farm/ picks.
