DeSean after game: "We were waiting in the locker room like Pitbulls."

I laughed.

Isn't it interesting that the Oakland Raiders have a 5-4 record and the Washington Redskins have a 4-5 record?

McNabb didn't want to go to Oakland because he wanted to be on a competitive team and yet the Raiders have a better record (partly because of great QB play by Jason Campbell of all people) than the Redskins (partly because of poor QB play by McNabb).

I know I'm ignoring many factors here (Raiders sucking for a decade, possible bright long-term outlook in DC with coach Shanahan and various aspects of football not being a sport of one but a team-sport), but it's interesting nonetheless.

EDIT/OT:
Just noticed this was my post #666

Vick has grown up and Andy Reid has made him the best QB in the league. Hopefully he can stay healthy and we watch him for years to come.

Cant wait for Sunday, this is going to tell us where the Eagles stand. If they can manhandle the G-men then they truly are the tops of the NFC.

That just shows how much the team itself don't think about it. The "mistake" in the choice of words was that the media was going to try and run away with it.

I almost drove off the road laughing at this when i heard it. the rant starts going at 2 minutes, and once it picks up, it's pretty hilarious.

This guy would probably be dead if he was an Eagles fan.

What a spoiled retard. Football players are overpaid and don't try all the time?!?!?! No way!!!!

LMAO, "the most powerful city in the world", just gets better and better.

EDIT: This guy really picked them to win? I mean, this is just so brutally funny.

for whatever reason (maybe i hate myself?) the redskins are the only non-philly team i'm a fan of. but since everyone in m family is a hardcore eagles fan, I know all about McNabb and knew what to expect of him coming into the season. All of my predictions have come to pass, despite being told by all the Skins fans I know that I'm full of ****. A lot of the people thought McNabb would singlehandedly save the season.

And as for long suffering fans, Eagles fans have nothing on Skins fans. At least you guys see the playoffs. To make things worse, for some ******* reason there are a lot of Cowboys fans in this area, and they're ****ing insufferable. I might have to punch one in the face someday, on principle.

I'm glad I have a lot of Eagles exposure thanks to my family. I'm one of the few who believed that McNabb would be ****ed on the Skins.

they won those 20 years ago, they're meaningless.

Instead, let's agree that Browns fans have it worse than anyone except perhaps child soldiers.

I know a couple Browns fans. One of them actually cried during the 2007 draft, and said "it never ends. never. no hope..."

Vikings fans too. The NFC North is half legendary and half cursed.

Why would they cry? They drafted a Pro-Bowl OT in '07 at the 3rd Overall Spot.

Brady Quinn in the late 1st? Meh, that was just an idiot move.

Hm. maybe I'm thinking of 06 or 08. I've sort of stopped caring about the draft, because I know the Skins won't do anything useful with it...and anybody with talent they do draft, they'll likely cut or trade later anyways.

Well, whichever draft it was in that three year period, they both had a few guys that they desperately wanted to see drafted to fill needs on the team, and not a single player any of them wanted were picked. it was tragic/comedic to see.
