Gomez has been GOD AWFUL, but Cammy has been very bad as well. There's no point in talking about Gomez's play until he turns it around because he can't get much worse than this.

However, Cammalleri has done close to nothing all season long. The guy's a pure goal scorer, so don't cite me goal totals. I haven't seen the work ethic I saw from him last season. I haven't seen the hockey smarts that normally make him a 40 goal scorer. I haven't seen the true desire to backcheck and make a smart defensive play.

He's been coasting around all season long, Take last game for example. He didn't have a good game at all. He scored on the PP because it was given to him on a silver platter and he's just that gifted.

The question: where can he get motivation from if it isn't goals? He's not retarded, he knows goals aren't going to motivate him because he CAN score at will. Compare this to Eller: if he scores, he'll be on cloud 9.

I truly think that Martin has to re-unite "the" line. He needs to be put back with a defensive specialist in Plekanec and he needs to learn by watching Pleks that work ethic comes first. No more of this floating ********.

I don't know if it's that important but I used the wrong PGT (I think it's for pre game talk maybe?) if you can change it , unless it doesn't matter.

If he had the hat trick, they would have tied it up and maybe won in OT or kept the momentum and won in reg.

I agree, as easy as it is to point out Gomez, Hammer or Spacek as the reason why we lost. Besides Price, no one impressed me after the first period.

We lost as a team tonight, plain and simple.

When do we find out the extent of Markov's injury? Gauthier needs to go shopping.

Cam is so terribly soft but people are too busy dumping on Gomez...who admitedly isn't playing at an NHL level.

Too many passengers tonight.

Moen with over 18 minutes too. I'd be ok giving a couple AHL kids a shot, but I suspect we'll need some more 2nd line futility before we see it.

lol dont put the blame on Martin.. He has given Gomez a chance to redeem himself, what he didnt do of course.. So expect Martin to give some pretty interesting post games comments on his play and expect Martin to give Eller more responsabilities for next game.. He has been patient enough with number#11..

Bad loss despite Price being outstanding... Flyers dominated the 2nd and 3rd periods... Winning games can only last so long when your best scorers aren't scoring and with your PP being absolutely brutal...

The Habs top forwards need to step up and start being the Habs best players..They can only rely on Price for so long...

by far the most extreme game of year. a superb first...hamerlik starts the second - 15 secs in with a penalty and that was all...lost the momentum and never got it back...no urgency to the team's game. they were laughing in the first thinking it was over and philly just ground out a win...the top 6 need to wake the **** up. we're not going to win much with price and inconsistent secondary scoring

Wish people would stop using Markov as a excuse. We did well without him in the lineup, and he wasn't steller when he came back. We are going to have to live without him for a long time, the continued injuries are just that, he's getting old and he's getting injured. Time to move on for christs sake.

Sit Gomez.
Send Weber down.
Call-up Desharnais.
Put ATM and Ph.D back together.
Moen's a 4th liner.

moen 100000% shouldn't be playing top line minutes...that 3 on 2 in the third where he lost the puck at the O blue line was ****ing brutal

The habs need to pick up a sniper and a defenseman if they want to compete. Otherwise enjoy the season for what it is. None of the big guns step up when we need it. We are getting scoring from unlikely sources most nights.

Here's a good idea, let's draft the bean pole in High School instead of the kid who got 103 points in his 1st CHL season.

Thanks to lucky bounced and Flyers goalie's generosity.

Anyway, of course, not everyone was scared. PK surely wasn't scared.

Didn't show up tonight, plain and simple.

Don't blow up the lines. Don't sit people.

Bag skate the hell out of them and remind them what's gotten them this far: Hard work.

Good idea. The reaction to a 1-goal loss should be to ice a lineup that'll get the team beat like a rented mule.
