Me and some buds are regular attendees of Wings games and we want to know what other fans think is the best place to have maybe a few too many before the game.
A place similar to the State Bar, (which may be familiarly to tigers fans), would be cool, which is great to go before/during/after tigers games...Its now closed (maybe its only a seasonal thing)? But a place where there are reasonably priced pitchers, and decent food too.
-Cheli's is nice, but more of a family thing, they don't even sell pitchers..

-Please list your place and give price per pitcher if you can remember, and maybe list your favourite thing off that places menu to order, thanks in advance!
I've never had a bad time at Old Shillelagh, but I've also never gone there during pregame times. Might be dead that early. Detroit Beer Co might be a better choice.
Nemo's on Michigan ave is a decent bar with some pretty good burgers. They run a shuttle between the bar and JLA so you can park in their lot and not have to worry about traffic.
The ride back is not for the feint of heart, however. The drivers don't **** around, they run red lights, stop signs, and over little children because they're trying to get as many people back as quickly as possible.

Definitely not dead pregame. It's where FissionFire, Shoalzie, and I go ahead of time to get a drink or two, sometimes food, and a shuttle to the game.
When you win, their shuttle back is the place to be- they do victory laps and their drivers are great.

Agreed w this...NEMO'S for sure or you could always head over to the landing strip

Ha, I haven't used their shuttle service, but I've been there after games and it's a great time. As are just about every other time I've been there
