Bryan Allen has a broken foot!

Allen will miss conciderable time with a broken foot. Seems Ellerby may be here to stay for awhile. Here is his shot at sticking with the big club. Let's hope he exceeds expectations. As for Allen, there is no timetable for his return but hopefully he's not lost for the season.

I'll be happy to see Ellerby get some real minutes in the nhl. Too bad for Allen, I like him a lot.

Damnit! Allen looked really good this season so far I thought. Someone please find the injury bug that's been biting him and squash it!

Hope Ellerby does really well, too.

Ellerby has looked very comfortable so far this season, so I expect him to keep that up. Sucks about Allen though, since he has played well for us. Its unfortunate that he has to deal with all these injuries, because he would have been a very good defensive Dman otherwise.

Why'd they call up Callahan? He's been Rochester's WORST D man this year. There aren't even other opinions about this; pretty much EVERY ROCHESTER FAN agrees that Callahan is brutal.

Clay Wilson is more deserving.

No argument. Callahan is the new whipping boy. He's awful. And Wilson is pretty much a one man team for Rochester. He's the team's best player.

Although, for the past 3 games Clay Wilson has been playing forward. That goes to show the state of the Amerks in general. Our best defenseman is playing forward.
