Jags are no joke. Giants got a tough set of games left. There is not one team left the Giants "should" beat. There are gonna be a lot of close games IMO.

And the Eagles didn't shoot themselves in the foot? 2 drops in the end zone, 10 penalties for 119 yards, a blocked field goal, a turnover during a turnover. Philly should have won the game by a larger margin than they did, for sure.

Our team invented those.

Giants signed reciever Michael Clayton from the UFL to a one year deal. Some much needed depth at WR.

In the new SI, there was a player poll asking, "What coach would you most like to play for?" Results were pretty telling.

Quote:
The winner, in a landslide, is Rex Ryan of the New York Jets. A total of 279 players were polled from across the league, and Ryan received nearly one quarter of the votes. Here's the breakdown:

Ryan, 21%
Mike Tomlin (Pittsburgh Steelers), 12%
Sean Payton (New Orleans Saints), 9%
Jeff Fisher (Tennessee Titans), 8%
Bill Belichick (New England Patriots), 7%
The same attributes that makes opposing fans hate Rex seem to make opposing players love him. I'll take it!

Hey man, I love Rex. Probably the only thing you'll see me ever like about the Jets (sans LT, maybe) .

Far from a perfect game--I would have liked to see at least one more solid drive out of the offense--but I'll take it. Much better than the previous weeks. We finished this one out.

Sanchez was not very good and he was really mad about it after the game. He said he was going home to look at the tape right after the game.

That's what I am talking about...

Defense stepped up and special teams. Next week, Monday night is the biggest NFL game of the season so far.

Got the job done, just happy to see them win after only three days off, hope they get a few days rest now. Brad Smith running with one sneaker on was great, awesome game from him. It might be time for some kicking auditions, missed fg, hitting the bar on the extra point, and his kick offs landing at the 10-15 is a bit rough. He seems like a great dome/perfect weather kicker.

Andrews in the hospital with back pain. Beatty to start, likely.

Some of my Chargers fans friends were whining about their injuries. I said to them, "Waaaaahhhh, injuries only happen to usss!!! Waaahhh!!!" They scowled at me, and I just said, dudes, have you seen what's happening to the Giants?

Yeah, they've been bad but nowhere near us. I don't know when I've ever seen a team I rooted for more ravaged by injuries than this. Nearly every offensive starter is injured, outside of Eli (knock on wood).

I would like to see Boss be part of the offense since we have no receivers.
