Cody Ho(d)gson changes agents: drops Don Meehan for Rich Winter

I call RIFT...
Ive always felt talent was over-rated, said Winter. What impresses me about Cody is hes one of the most focused people Ive ever met. His level of anticipation and his hockey sense is considerable and he has a great passion for hard work.

Winter declined comment on why Hodgson had changed agents.

Meehan decline comment via text message, saying: We wish him well.

I recall the dust-up and bad feelings when Pavel Bure dumped agent Ron Salcer in favour of Mike Gillis. And then Gillis forced a trade.

Pavel Bure was already in the NHL. Cody is in no position to even ask for a trade. It Does not speak of his character or integrity. But then, he could be a *********... TRADE HIM FOR FILATOV.

Eric Lindros demanded a trade before he was in the NHL.

Prospects are traded regularly.
