Nothing, except a cup, will top that comeback against the bruins for me.

One of the greatest series ever seen in the NHL should of been topped by the cup winning parade down broad street. Oh well, i guess battering the bruins tonight would go a little way to helping that pain

i think the bruins are gonna come out as hungry as we expected the flyers to be against the devils after the avery call incident. if the flyers can prevent an early goal from the bruins, i expect to see a W. if the bruins pick up some steam like in game 7, i don't see another epic comeback.

I watched game 7 highlights and wow, did it bring back the memories?
I watched it alone in the middle of the night and I couldn't even sit down, I was so nervous.
Just paced back and forth in front of the TV and when Gags scored I literally jumped up and down and just screamed. Nothing beats playoff hockey.

If anyone going to this game has a spare ticket i would be happy to use it!

I have never been to a game in Philly and this seems like a good choice!

Well, the Flyers haven't exactly been carrying on the playoff pain, having lost the first game to Montreal and then New Jersey.

I expect the Bruins to come out flying and hitting tonight, our guys better be ready.

Excellent GDT...sometimes in all the craziness it's easy to forget that these guys have families too. Flyers are obviously an excellent team this year. I'm so ambivalent about Philly haha....I have good friends that moved up here from southern NJ.

1990 -- Dave Poulin was traded to Boston for Ken Linseman. The stunned Poulin initially did not report to Boston but days later accepted a contract extension while Linseman was elated to be leaving coach Mike Milbury because "he didn't appreciate my abilities" after being reduced to a third line center. Poulin said "First, I wanted a commitment from the Bruins. I didn't want to be bouncing from one team to another, year-to-year, at this point in my career. And second, I have business interests in the Philadelphia area that I've worked hard to develop over the years -- so I'd have options. And finally, I have two young 3-year-old girls who, since the day they were born, have become very attached to the medical community around Philadelphia. They were born very early, prematurely, and my wife is now pregnant with our third, and the medical community is important to all of us."

Hopefully we've regained our scoring touches, I don't feel like watching us get shut out tonight.

Looking forward to this game so much, feels like we havent had a game in weeks! 4 days without flyers hockey means i cant wait til midnight for it to start. Only upside was that ive had a normal sleeping pattern for half a week!

Donít remember who the gm was as I forget. They then traded prop for a 2nd to boston. How hard would it have been to package them both and get a much better return. Linesman was not even close what the flyers needed. Two very bad trades.
