This should be a good one.

I don't know if I've ever been able to say that about a Pens/Thrashers game.

Good GDT Shrimper, you must be busy now.

I kinda like seeing Atlanta do well(just not against us of course). Even though thier in our conference. It just really funny to me that Kolvuchuk leaves and now thier competitive and Jersey is crap. Hilarious.

I'm interested to see how the Thrashers play.

Rick Dudley gave them an extreme makeover this offseason and brought in a bunch of different players. It seems to be working out so far. Enstrom and Byfuglien looks like a dynamite pairing. Intersted to see how Burmistov looks too.

I believe he did play defense for Chicago very briefly but did move to the wing position. From what I understand, upon his trade to Atlanta, he requested to be moved back to defense.

Chicago moved him from D to RW to get a "big body" in front of the net. Now, Atlanta moved him back to D this summer...

Buff played both wing and D in Chicago, sort of randomly at times over the prior two seasons. I think Atlanta is using him perfectly though. I don't like idea of hockey in the deep south because the teams are wasted on fans who (for the most part) take the teams for granted, but I'm happy for Atlanta this year. It's funny to see them have success with a somewhat rag-tag bunch of guys and NJ blows at the same time (last in the league in offense if I'm not mistaken). Too perfect.

I feel sorry for the kids who have to work nonstop in Shrimper's Vietnam sweatshop to churn these out day after day

They do a great job though!

The players they got from Chicago are definitely working out well for them. Andrew Ladd is being overshadowed by Dustin, but Ladd is at a point per game and was recently made Captain of the team. I picked him up in fantasy as soon as I realized he was a fourth overall pick and he was being put in positions where he could score.

Lets take advantage of the Flyers getting blanked last night.

Staal back within a couple weeks is like an early trade deadline acquisition.

I can't remember the last time I was this excited for the next Thrashers game. Maybe after the Kovalchuk point?

I'm definitely excited for this game...especially interested in seeing Pavelec again since he has been awesome as of late. Hope he isn't too good tonight or Saturday...just next week when he can help my fantasy team

I heard that Rich Peverly crushes the souls of virgins and then rubs the ashes on his blade, using hockey tape as an adhesive.
