No he's really not. Will you get of his ass? He just mentioned what the rule states - to restore a lost scoring chance - mentioned that Philly didn't quite lose the scoring chance, and then said, "whatever, Boston'll take it."

And to whoever asked, Timmy started in the winter classic.

naw 100% defensive breakdowns.

One was a turnover by OD after Bob made an amazing save (pretty much an open net)

2nd was someone let Seguin chill on the far side unmarked

The Bruins announcer's description of Hartnell's penalty shot was perfect.

Both were defensive errors. First was a clear by O'Donnelly directly on tape of the opponent standing high in the slot, the other was a prefect pass to Seguin behind the D.

haha didn't expect that many responses. i'm sure it has been said by everyone in this thread so far, but the bruins announcers are just so brutal.

Bruins have had 2 good scoring chances all night and have 2 goals. We've had about 10 and have squat. I would like to see them just start flinging everything at the net, if something goes in it's going to be some BS

15 in the first, 16 in the second. I just hate it when the only reason we lose is the opponent's goalie standing on his head. We've dominated the rest of the game, really...

flyers have their abysmal powerplay to thank for this loss (as if anyone isn't convinced it's a loss already)

not really. if a goalie is in the zone and you just keep throwing garbage at him he'll just gobble it up. you throw garbage at the net when the goalie is struggling and letting up bad rebounds on easy shots.

when a goalie is stopping everything you get traffic in front of him and deflect shots from the point.

I am not sure "but you they have you put a 2nd dish on the roof" is really a valid complaint...

I wish that 'Choker' Rask was still the go to guy in Boston. The score would be looking a lot different. It looks like the highest scoring team in the league aren't adding to their total tonight.
