I've always had a secret soft spot for the Rangers. It's just that certain people make it almost intolerable to consider the switch, but with the Islanders Kansas City bound in a few seasons, maybe the transition can start now. Trottier went to the Devils board, maybe I'll hang around here more often.
Welcome!

Repent for your Islander sins and you shall find the grace of mediocrity known as the New York Rangers. (Hopefully changing soon. )

You're welcome, as long as you don't bring the Islanders' results to the Rangers like Trottier did for the Devils No really, you're welcome!

Its apparent you didn't watch the Pittsburgh game. The team was thoroughly dominated. That loss had absolutely nothing to do with Lundqvist, but if you want to make stuff up, that's OK.
on letang shot hank didn't move to his right fast enough, he was not screened. third goal was stoppable as well, he went down too soon. I agree they outplayed us in the 2rd, but we could have had a chance should he has that game stolen for us. That is what I expect from elite goalie to do. To steal the games against dominant opponents that is. Torts is no different, i am sure. Anyone can play against worst team in the league. This would be a correct approach to Lunqvist perennial Holiday Season slump. The problem is that Biron could crap the bed and whole scheme will go to hell., like it was with vali. I hope it wont.

If it does, I'll be looking for ya.

I think you're underrating Moulson. I can assure you he'd be on the first line of THIS team as well. Instead, we're revisiting the Avery experiment.

I honestly think the Rangers will only get one point out of these two games. They never show up against the Islanders. It's so pathetic.

I changed my Torts the Clown avatar, because i realized he wasn't going to reach any of my conditions to change it-
1) Win 4 games in a row.. or
2) demote EC to the whalepack..

oh yeah, and because Crysby is a doosh-bag...

LETS GO RANGERS!

I hear you.. but the BIG reason Moulson got 30 goals last year was his chemistry with Tavares. Before Tavares, Moulson was on the shuttle back and forth between the AHL and the NHL. He was barely hanging onto a career. No offense to Moulson but he is not a first line player without Tavares. He did not even get 50 points last year so this is not a first line player. I am sorry....

However, I do give him all the credit in the world in seizing his opportunity with Tavares and running with it to get 30 goals.

I don't think Moulson is a first liner on a good team. I wouldn't even go as far as to say he'd be a first liner on our team, since I think Dubinsky would do a better job.

However, i'm not saying he's a bad player. I think he could be a 2nd line LWer on a good team.

Anisimov should not be on the 4th line.

He's been much better then Christensen overall. It just doesn't make any sense.
