Nailed it, only one I have no clue of is the one you guessed Halpern and wasn't sure of Picard.

Meaning Pouliot is giving the finger

Really?? Carey Price doesn't seem to be the most stylish guy (not saying those shoes are stylish) but they look a little flashy for his taste. Also, as another poster said, I don't Price wearing a J. Lindeberg cap, but hey, maybe he changed his style.
