You're the one who called Price's shutout.

Pretty damn proud of that 3rd period effort. That was absolute 20 mins of domination. Ugh. Too little too late

6 calls in two periods...we **** them in the 3rd...they spend the period holding and tackling and we can't get a single ****ing call?

No worries. Carry the greatness of the 3rd period into tomorrow's game where we will face the truculent and pugnacious Maple Leafs.

The fact that the refs were swedes makes this statement even more true.

Red Wings do whatever they want out there and always get away with it. The habs may have earned all their penalties but Detroit should have been called for 3 (at least) more penalties. I don't understand how they can get away with so much. It's infuriating, and what's worse is that the Wings fans here know it too. It's completely ****ed up and I hate how games can be determined like that.

5 on 5 shots: 35-20 in favour for us. Not that shots mean anything, but it goes to show we ain't that bad.

Agreed, I was very happy with Boyd considering he hasn't played in well over a month... he came so close to tying it near the end.

You don't see that too often. A team completely outplay another in the opposition's zone for the majority of a period and not 1 penalty drawn. So ridiculous.

So does Price's streak of not allowing more than 3 goals in regulation still carry on?

Heartbreaking loss.

And how **** are the opening scenes of L'Antichambre after every game? Seriously Langdeau always has to cut someone off (usually Bergeron) and cut to commerical break and it really looks unprofessional

Some games you win , you think you are better than you really are. Some games you lose and you are much better than your result---Craig71.

Yep. The 4th goal doesn't factor into his stats.

Detroit owned the 1st 2 periods, I don't know what game you were watching.

This is deff a bad luck game though....you just knew that goal at the end of the 1st would be the difference.

Spacek isn't to blame for the loss, but he's ok defensively but brings nothing offensively to the team. He's a liability with the puck.

Get ready to see the same kind of reffing against Toronto.

If it had gone in, it would have been called a kick.
