Bad decision not to play him. Especially with 4 nights off after this game.
Teams are supposed to play their backups against bottom feeders like Toronto.

Blame the offense for scoring 1 goal.

JM has DD to put into the lineup and what does he do?
How much offence did your lineup produce JM?
Almost none.
You think we can beat the laughs with one goal?

Auld lets in two weak goals.
Picard and Subban play a poor game
We get ....ONE PP.
Very poor effort.

Unbelivable.

Team needs to learn to finish. We were all over them after the first period yet we only muster a goal, We need more fire power.

I wonder why the hell Martin won't ever send Pouliot on the PP. He's got the skills to be dominant...

Well it kinda makes sense since the Dogs play the Marries tomorrow.. so he's already there.. but he should have played.

pretty pathetic night. Hope they show up against Philly, or 3 in a row is likely

Very bad game for Subban tonight. He is to blame on the kessel and on the empty netter to. Auld didn't played a great game tonight but he wasn't the one to blame. Refs gaved us 1 PP when we could of easily had 4-5.

I wonder if what Plekanec and Martin told about the reffing yesterday made the refs call only one side since it was the samer efs as yesterday.

Anyway, loosing against the leafs isn't to dangerous because they won't take your spot in the playoffs.

How do you blame Auld . He made a lot of great saves . So many defensive giveaways and no offence .

I also wonder why the hell Travis Moen still plays in the top 6 and Alex Picard is continually dressed despite not bringing anything of substance to the table.

Enigmas I tell ya.

What a terrible way to lose spacek too. It wasn't even a hockey play that he got lost to.

I hope he's okay because the D is losing depth fast and you will start to notice it soon if he's gone for any period of time.

I hope not, but if I remember correctly December is always a bad month for the Habs.

1 Leafs are a PATHETIC excuse for a hockey team
2 Auld is a tough spot playing only 3 games, but that second goal was RIDICULOUS
3 Too many passengers tonight
4 Get frigging Moen off the top 6 and GET A FRIGGING LW... pull the trigger now.
5. PK SUBBAN needs to understand the pro game, he just needed to get the shot on net, not try to blast it through the boards!!!
6. Pyatt can use a seat; he plays hart but has 0 hands

Habs were winning 1 goal games earlier in the year....now they're losing them. This is not surprising to anyone who actually paid attention to this.

Still a team that heavily relies on their goaltender. We'll see what this team is made of during this tough stretch. I think they'll fall back down to earth but I've been wrong before.

I agree. If Picard starts getting top 4 icetime we're in big trouble.

But pre-game, I agree. I don't understand why he wasn't placed in.
Auld made a dew nice saves too. We lost cause we scored 1 goal.

DD would have been nice, but they decided to play Webber instead and that move paid off with Spacek getting hurt, quit crying over DD please. Only other option would have been to sit Pyatt, but he is one of our best pkers, and since we seem to take alot of penalties you don't take him out.

pouliot is an awful power play guy. His pass selection terrible and he often turns it over.

I can't say we'd be worse. But sorry to think that we would not have been better. And that's matters in losses like that. Gomez doesn't contribute offensively. We needed goals. He doesn't provide them.

And who knows, you put Halpern and Eller is new positions, they are excited and play over their head. It did happen in the past, it could have happened now. On the long run, I already mentioned that our depth might not support not having Gomez even if it's just a roster spot he fills in. A terrible Gomez not scoring is still a NHL player who handles himself like a NHL'er as unsuccesful he is. So yes, it's better with than without. But not significantly better right now.

Gauthier please get us a top 6 winger already...

Subban looks completely lost out there and doesn't have that confidence he showed earlier in the year.

Losing happens its true, but Auld played a terrible game and let in two extremely weak goals. Our team played very poorly and that can be avoided.

oh i know lets see hmm...pleks-cammy-ak, eller-gio-benny....nope thats too freaking obvious...

The whole team was so out of sync cause every time the stepped on the ice they had different linemates or pairmates
Martin's passionate love affair with Laps and Moen is not helping, no.

Yes, these two guys work their ***** off, and it's a shame that they don't have better hands because they'd be dynamite if they did. But you can't turn stone hands into goal-scorer's hands, and these guys just have stone hands. Laps showed it tonight by really giving it his all and getting his shots, but he just doesn't have the finisher's touch.

If we're not going to go out and trade for a Top Six forward, it's ****ing time to try Pouliot there.
