so what are the NHL rules regarding that. If X team claims him what is his cap hit and how long do they have to sign him?

How so? He is an unrestricted free agent with no contract ties to any North American team.
Did Bob or Rynnas have to go through waivers last season?

If he wishes to play in the NHL this season he will have to pass through Waivers. He played a game outside in a league other than the NHL past the deadline (forget what it is) so he would have to. Same thing with Forsberg last year.

I love Bobby Ryan. ****, I'd love to see him in the orange and black.
Does anyone know if he was a Flyers fan?

Ryan is probably one of my favorite players in the league. I have a ton of respect for him.

I lost count of how many spelling mistakes and/or grammatical errors there are in that one piece. Pre-Madonna -- I assume they're speaking of the 70's.
And Chris, really? Just stop.

So what do you think is going to happen to Nabby? I don't want him here, I'm just curious.

I almost wish NHL wasn't a game franchise. People on the main board saying that Jordan Staal has more value than Jarome Iginla?

Define "more value."
I mean, I'd probably still take Iginla for the next couple years, but considering that Staal plays the premium forward position and is an ES monster, you could probably make a debate out of it.

He was arguing in the entire comments section that he would take Richards and Carter over Crosby and Malkin.
I don't like to face-palm things, but that deserves one.

Wait, was he really? I mean, really?
EDIT: Any Flyer fan that wouldn't give up his left nut (okay, maybe a pinky) to have Crosby in this team is either lying or just a flat-out retard.
EDIT 2: Ah, I see it was 2009. Even so though....

You don't refer to life by eras of before and after the rise of pop star Madonna?
