For me, this was the most satisfying win of the season. Who would have thunk? 7 zip? Hank shutting them out ? Dubi beating down Ovie? Staal looking like Pronger on D and Bobby Orr up the ice? AA using his cloaking device on Backstrom making him invisible? Just a very gratifying win, considering Wash has owned us,.. since eliminating us from the playoffs.

I have to say, I get chills when Staal screams down the ice, to join the rush!

If he keeps getting more PP time, his numbers will continue to rise. He might never be a Brian Leetch in scoring, but then Leetch was never a Marc Staal on D. I'd like to see him get some shootout opportunities.

I might have undervalued AA's hands. His goal was a laserbeam of a wristshot.

Dubi n Cally are like Ralph n Alice,.. Bang, Zoom!

Callahan will not win the Steven McDonald Extra Effort Award. The two-time winner will lose out to Brandon Prust this year. He's been Awesome!

I really wish there was a way for me to at least see the Rangers in 60 or something. It's killing me that I missed this game.

If you can pony up for GameCenter, it is worth it. I wasn't sure but since I missed this game too, it was nice being able to watch it today. Not like Rangers in 60 (just guessing, never seen it) but they do mark out the goals so you can zoom to them for the real highlights.
They need to provide the ability to access any random point in the game, but still, pretty good.

I was pretty bummed out after the loss to CBJ, being able to see this absolute ragdolling of the Capitals the day after was great.

It's not Rangers in 60, but it's better than nothing.

Caught the game on ESPN last night. Go Rangers!

Was impressed with Staal - and loving the fact Prust picked up a couple of points.
