Yeah, but Mr. Negative World Order rarely says anything good about the Flyers. It's all second guessing and celebrating their misfortunes.

*yawn* The Flyers aren't going 82-0 and I know it. I don't wear orange-colored lenses.

Well hopefully Boucher can keep up his recent play in this one. Hopefully Kunitz and Malkin dont play

Make the change and begin developing that chemistry.

Send a message to Carle, seriously? Look at +/- compared to Pronger, points compared to Timonen, so on and so forth. The hate he gets for not being a "force" is tired and played.

Maybe we can trade him for Roloson.

Id like to see how Coburn could play with Pronger, Mez with Timonen. But O'D and Carle could be bad

The Penguins are leading the league in fighting majors, Is this a first going into a Flyers Penguins game ?This game might be a role reversal game which could be VERY interesting !

I don't know if you're being serious, but Carle blows.

Carle has been brutal this season, who cares about +/-.
He has been good offensively, but his choices with the puck have been horrid. He is usually handcuffing Pronger with bad passes point to point, or just making bad plays in general

Carle looked halfway decent without Pronger in the season opener. I'm thinking since Coburn is starting to look good again, play #5 with Pronger and #25 with Timonen.

*makes mental note for NHL 11*

Malkin was apparently skating in Kunitz' place, so he might be in.

And it's still not going to be easy, they are the hottest team in the league.

Well that's the dream Pairings for me. Coby has someone to mentor, push and develop him to the player he truly could be. Kimmo gets a physical presence that helps negate him from being so easily targeted by opposing forwards on the forecheck and Carle, whom I don't at all think is terrible but simply inconsistent, can smooth out his game playing against 3rd and 4th lines.

Thank you. Seriously, Carle has been excellent this year. He moves the puck excellently, blocks loads of shots, is solid on D and is our most creative Dman.

He logs a lot of ice time, skates miles in support of his older, slower partner and can play PP and PK. Why people hate him, I just don't know.

I think so. But nobody on our team is gonna fight a useless ass Goddard, nobody will drop will Engelland since he's way back there on defense. I could see Asham and Carcillo go, Rupp sucks for a big guy so I can see him losing to O'Donnell if they go. Other then that the Pens are weak in the fighting department. They drop them a lot but other then these guys listed they really don't have anybody good.

Carle has been terrible and I am far from a hater of his. Just watch him closly this game and count the amount of turnovers he will have. He has been subpar in the defensive zone. Mezsaros has outplayed him and it would be onlyfar to give Mez a shot in the top 4 to see how he does.

Being honest though, I highly doubt this happens.

Also watch how many passes he puts in Pronger's feet that force Pronger to make a good play to not turn it over

Overall that pairing hasnt been that good. I...personally...dont think Pronger has looked up to par like he was last season.

I think Lavy might see the same thing with the Pronger-Carle pairing, since it seems that the Timonen-Coburn pairing starts almost every game nowadays (if I remember correctly)

Maybe it's not identical, but Pronger was the same way last year. He's renowned for pacing himself, and I'm confident saying that's all he's doing. Carle blowing doesn't help though.
