Your coach's name is Johnny Stevens. Was there a baking class that conflicted with practice?

He responds: "newb? go listen to your nascar. and juste refuse the trade."

This begs the question... is that the worst insult you have ever heard? Go listen to your nascar? I assume because I am American and he is Canadian he thinks I am a red neck.

Edit. My response:

"Did you just equate me being an American with me being a red neck?

Should I assume you drink Labatt Blue and sodomize forest creatures, all while saying "eh?" at the end of every sentence because you are Canadian?"

His coach's name is John Lajoie if anyone wants in on the fun.
I'm going to start using this in regular conversation. It's so bad that I love it.

Wishard wasn't doing much for me anyway and the guy I traded for last two years have looked pretty good.

If you guys had to choose one of these guys to play on your team for positional play (with taking their other stats into account) for a SECOND line player... who would you choose? Need answers quick. Thanks!

Can someone give me a basic structure to how they set up their team? I'm just wondering. For example, do you guys usually sign lots of cheap free agents to get the full roster and then sign expensive, good talent? How good should someone be EPA wise if they're making $1,000,000+? How often do you guys trade? Do you try to find players that fit the exact line you're trying to put them on? It seems like I spend hours doing all this stuff sometimes, I just want to know if there is an easier way or just a better guideline to follow.

Going to release and attempt to resign. This ******** with cap numbers is either continuing or my new Chechen friend is lying to me.

If any of you attempt to sign him without my say so, I will cut your ballsack open, then put your testicles in a vise, all the while making sure you're conscious and looking in the mirror as they slowly get squashed and destroyed.

He's my "best" center. But I think his best role would be a shutdown 3rd line/pk center. Because his stamina sucks, he can't handle 1st line, 1st PP.

I'm not sure what to do with him. I can't afford a 2.5M checking center. But I'm weak up the middle. I need a true #1.
Second-line C. #1 PK center... might actually drop him to third or fourth line and double shift him on the PK. Expensive for what he is, though, yes. Centers seem to be driving a very strong premium in FA, so I'd trade him instead of releasing him.

Upon further review, I'd make him my #3 C, and double shift him on the PP... see how many minutes he gets per game, if it's more than 14-15, I'd drop him to 4th line and continue to double shift him. He's really good defensively and great at faceoffs... but for $2.5 per, I say trade him.

Thanks L-train, you're the man. I was only half joking about being left out. Thanks for replying.

To me he looks like a stud shutdown 3rd/pk center on a good team. I actually dropped him down to the 3rd and top PK. It's worked out so far.

The problem is I don't really have a top center. My "#1" is a good #2 who's more of shooter. I moved up a garbage center who has decent offensive skills but sucks otherwise. He had 3 assists last game so maybe it will work, I'll try it for a few more games.

Can I get a name so I can look at him on my BB?

Or posting his stats would be nice.

Edit: Nevermind, manually typed it in.

Edit 2: No thanks.

No, Nik is being an ******* and not realizing putting in 20 minutes of work on his day off is a good thing if there is a major bug.

noooooooooooooooo

benedict is getting expensive

http://trophyhockey.org/player.php?id=574381

whats the most i should pay for this guy??

still a good few days left on him so i reckon his price could become ridiculous.

wish i was able to bid on that rory guy that was available few days ago as i would have been able to make the room for his 8 milll salary... just that i was only allowed 7 mill max wage

He's worth right about where he is now, maybe a little more. I'd just let it go, someone is going to overpay so hard for that guy.
