I overpaid for my guy, but he's a Center.

You might just want to wait until the computer controlled teams cut players.

Yeah I wish that they would get all those computer users on a budget and cut some guys. There are several teams in my league which I am pretty sure would be way over budget (if they had a budget).

Lol, I never noticed but Agrudez, your in my old 3.2 division, and ToTheNet, your in my old 2.1 division. The 2.1 one was pretty easy to win, the 3.2 one was alittle more difficult since one of the teams was decent (Hamsters)

woohoo

my second 7-0 win in a row and 3rd shut out in a row.

my team is starting to play

the strength and depth of my lines is starting to shine as every line contributing but especially my 3rd line is killing it atm.

Sa Cryed your former guy pearce has got off to a decent start for me with 3 goals in 3 games. hopefully he can have a 55 point season like he did with you.

also looked at the strengths page for the first time ever wondering what it was... got a nice surprise to see my team sitting at number 1. I have high expectations of my team now

Actually, both JL and I promoted to 3.2 this season, and while the Hamsters are pretty good (and in my division), it is pretty apparent that the two of us are the class of the league.

2.1 is going to get a LOT harder next season with either Val or Ltrain + me or JL promoting, too.

My own personal Gagne on my team (great player, always injured) apparently got railed today and is out for 5 games. Sweet.

Also, check out my cap space. I did it all to get in ONE bid, talk about management.

Think I can buy a bag of pucks?

If this guy: http://trophyhockey.org/player.php?i...ortlist=473489 doesn't go above 4.5M I may try to snipe him at the end.

Feel free to bid on him if you really want, though, just announcing my intentions.

These guys, too:
http://trophyhockey.org/player.php?id=49696 (will probably go up to 3.5M)
http://trophyhockey.org/player.php?id=387088 (will probably go up to 2.5M)

Another loss, this time 3-2. Due to Bolden's salary jumping for no ****ing reason whatsoever, it will be a few days until I'm able to get him back and have my roster set. I basically have to win some cheap-ass FA, cut some scrub, and I'm good.

When I saw that LW I immediately thought of you. He is a ton better than the guy you were willing to throw 5M+ at earlier, imo.

Boom, just had some new guy accept a trade that frees up enough room for me to bring Bolden back tomorrow.

I give;
http://trophyhockey.org/player.php?id=575409

I get;

Won again, lost the shutout with a few minutes left.

I should win tomorrow but play the Mighty Soldiers after that. I might rest Westfield for that game since I'll probably get stomped anyway.

How is this not a bug? This guy is 20 and has been playing since season 4 which means its his 5th season. He started playing when he was 16? I know guys could be drafted at 17 at one point but nobody would ever be under 18 to start playing. def not 16, maybe even 15 years old like this guy.

Forward it to Nik?

Also, I can't believe that guy only went for $6.2... he's a center, probably 88/89 EPA at 99/99, and will destroy that league... for $6.2m?

I sent it to him. Im interested to hear what he says and how he makes it sound like its ok and not another screwup by himself. Ill post his response for a laugh.

That guy is ridic. Im assuming he was one of the guys that went right away. The first guys to go were the best deals. there were so many amazing players that there really wasnt much competition so he got him at the first asking price i would think. Im sure that guy will demand 8+ next season which means he cant keep him in 4.2 since the wage max is under 7.5m.

Max wage differs from team to team... based on your budget... 20% of it can be allotted to one player, just like the NHL.

I don't know. I know that really young players could be drafted in S1-3.

He may have missed a year of aging. I'd PM Nik and hope for the best.

I thought the youngest you could draft was 16?
