Roller-coaster of a game that ended in a lot of frustration

At least the Flyers' fans whining about Subban in their GDT was entertaining.

Habs gave the Flyers the game in the last ten minutes.

No one was particularly sharp tonight, not even Price, not even the Flyers (understandably so). Only the AHLer was.

Oh and Spacek, frustratingly bad, makes the most retarded mistakes of all Ds.

Disgusting defensive effort...

Subban looks like a weaker Mike green and Spacek is just plain horrendous.

We could have won that game but 3 brain cramps vs the Flyers = 3 goals against plain and simple.

Don't hold your breath.

Nah, they better play a consistent game. I mean, for 15 minutes in the 2nd they were playing like Philly wasn't even in the same league as them. For 30 minutes Philly played like Montréal wasn't even in their league and there was 15 minutes of equality.

****in' pk and his "Let's do this the hard way"

I'm not sure which this team needs more; Another top 6 forward, or another top 4 d.

Unlucky game. Thought they brought a lot of energy. Price was unlucky on this one but he's allowed those once in a while.

Why is AK on the 4th? I have no problem with Pouliot on the top 6, but at least put AK in his place on the 3rd.

Moen is perfect for the 4th with Halpern and Lapierre.

I also think Subban will get some undeserved blame. That first goal to me is on Picard who let Zherdev (?) walk right around him. I find Picard has actually been making a lot of defensive mistakes and the announcer keeps making it sound like it was Subban. That 5th goal was all Subban though.

All I can ask is...wtf was Spacek doing on that pass that led to Pleks' penalty?

That was game right there.

Was an exciting game, had a playoff atmosphere.

Subban still has things to learn, but there were lots of positives from him tonight. Mistakes like that one are learning experiences.

Spacek on the hand, is just terrible. Awful awful awful. Might be the dumbest player in the NHL. PLEASE sit him next game and bring in Weber, who is already ten times the player Spacek is.

Patches was great, Gomez looked better, the top 6 was solid and the bottom six was decent as well.

A lol to pulling the goalie with 1 minute left... and your 4th line is on the ice.

They will be looking to bounce back tomorrow against a morale-less Canadiens playing their worst hockey of the season. Wonderful.

We'd struggle against the Islanders with disgusting defense like that.

Coaching loss. You don't put a guy who played 5 minutes in the whole game when you actually can pick between him and Gomez. This was bad coaching.

PGT: Why Can't We Finish?

No finish around the Flyer net and bad turnovers cost the Habsburg tonight.

You can blame the refs all you want

the Habs don't deserve to win with all the costly mistake they made tonight.

It was a bad luck game for us. 9/10 you win a game like this. They capitalized on almost EVERY SINGLE ONE of our mistakes. Take away 2/4 of those goals, we win easily.

The hockey gods will make this one right somehow. We'll win tomorrow and Pronger will be out for 8 years.

Worst game of the season for Price but the loss aint all on him.

Pk Subban made 2-3 mistake where the flyers capitalised.
When it was 3-3 the refs closed the game by is non-call on the Pouliot high stick and is call on Plek.

Great effort from Patch, really loved what I saw. Pouliot seems good with Pleky and Cammy. Gomez was fast tonight, he was flying everywhere and he made tape to tape pass to Gionta all night, hopes those 2 continue.

I think these past three games have been Montreal coasting too long on Price's back. It has caught up to them and they have to get back to playing a disciplined team game. It will come and they may lose some games that they should win, it could of easily went the other way tonight but they must play 60 minute hockey.

We played well and could've won this game but made too many stupid mistakes that killed us.

Picard isn't an NHL defenseman and we NEED a top 4 defenseman who can help eat minutes as Spacek, Hamr, Gorges and Gill look way better with their minutes reduced and they all looked overworked tonight.

Gomez had a very good game IMO and I thought that whole line looked very good with Max on it. Martin can you just make lines and leave them for more than a period already, I'm sure Cammalleri and Plekanec love having a new winger every period. Hopefully the team can come back strong and beat the Bruins tomorrow.
